The location was kinda hard to find because all the trees blocking the building. They didn’t have a patio area to smoke and sit at we had to stand in the alley behind the building where there’s No sitting area they didn’t have any complimentary coffee as said otherwise it was okay for the weekend

For staying longer, it would be nice to have some more space for clothes.But it works also as it is.

The location in south beach was unbeatable. You can be at ocean dr in 20 minutes and can explore miami beach. The apartment was small but has everything you need for a short 2 night break. Questions were answered very quickly and professionally by the owner.

There was an app to use for entry, but the host also provided a few physical keys for convenience. Host was extremely communicative which helped during early check in and figuring out parking. This was the perfect spot for our large group with lots of great food, clubs, and beach access all close by. The Bodega is a must when you visit!

Hard to spot at night. Very limited parking. Noticed some soft spots in the floor, so we had to be careful walking around in some parts of the room.

the window in the kitchen has no blind or curtain. others can see clear inside the apartment but that wasn't too much of a bother being that we were out most of the time.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, which feels slightly early. I completely understand the need to be respectful to neighbors with thin walls, but it was a little bit difficult to be “silent” in a big group from 10 PM onwards!

we like to cook and the kitchen was very small with a very small sink so we didn’t do as much cooking as we normally would but it wasn’t a big deal. there was a futon to sit on but the apt doesn’t really have a living room type space to have the family hang out. I wasn’t thrilled with paying $30 a night for parking when we were the only ones parking there.

the apartment was in a good location walking distance to lots of great food and drinks and about a 20 min walk to south beach and ocean drive. art the groundskeeper was great very accommodating and friendly.

The place was infested with flies. There was water leakage coming from the neighbors upstairs. No shower door or curtain, so the water went everywhere. There was no washer and dryer, I was under the assumption there would be, so we had to keep reusing the same towels. The creamer for the coffee was old. We were looking forward to the coffee promised in the mornings. We paid for parking for two, but could only get one spot. We did receive the money back on the 2nd spot we paid for. EXTREMELY NOISY - probably worse because we were on the bottom floor. Overall, I would never recommend this place.

Nothing. This property was a huge let down. The pictures looked really nice, but the infestation of flies really was disappointing.

Noise level but ear plugs are provided. Bring a sound machine if you want to sleep. The bathroom sink had low water pressure, barely a trickle, but there was another sink in the kitchenette. Parking was limited.

Everything was great, staff- art was exceptional.

The location was unbeatable, close cvs and wholefood. Apartment was spacious, toilet being separate from the shower makes it really convenient for 4 people to stay.
