Hotel in financial district; bus/metro and few restaurants within walking distance; rooms are clean, we had a nice view from the 31st floor, big pool and gym available

Parking could sometimes be hectic but that's necessarily on the Hotel. Staff was sometimes not the friendliest. I also called 1 time for some creamer and they came 45 minutes later.

The amenities were great, beautiful hotel, nice rooms. There's a cafe on the main floor and some shopping additional floors although they weren't open while we were there!

There were days that no one cleaned our room or replaced the dirty towels. They did that only when we asked for it (the next day)

The room was pretty small for 4 but we liked everything! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are really nice.

Room was nicely appointed. One issue with plug at the desk in the room Cafe on the main level was great. Had to buy pastries for a business meeting and they were great.

Parking can be an issue. A public structure across the street was beneficial but once you park expect to pay approximately $15.00 each time you leave and the staff is less than friendly at the parking structure. In this case, parking at the hotel may be a good idea for a flat fee. Street parking is scattered throughout and the vibe at night may be intimidating at night if alone and a female.

The location was good, checking was very pleasant. The best part of my stay was the bar, people from the Dodger game were everywhere and having a good time. The bar tender from Pasadena and the bar back were super! They made it possible for me to work a little and kept me hydrated.

the receptions that did my process for the check in she had no greeting skills, empathy, her check in process was a lilt bit uncomfortable no smile at all, I did not felt welcome at the checking process.

The room, view, location, the staff really grate, I want to thank the manager for being so kind.

AC was horrible. Smelled old. Barely worked. The bed sheets had a stain I only found on my last night because it was on the side. The water stopped in a moment, but it was fixed soon after.

I wish they had parking garage packages. It's very expensive going in/out throughout the day.

I like the location of this hotel. It's easy to get to and close to the university my child attends. The rooms are clean, and comfortable.

Bookings . Com stated the price I would pay. But the bill was significantly more when I came to settle. They said due to taxes. Very dissatisfied. Had two days of unsolicited wake up calls.

Fancy hotel. Very expensive restaurant . Good location but slightly uncomfortable on the streets. Would not recommend.

Lack of restaurant choices. Four dollar bag of chips, etc.

My Cnd. MAster card security would not let me pay for room! Staff agreed to let me pay Am. Cash I had and were helpful when I was tired and needed kindness. Goes a long way! Food court CLOSED! other restaurants good if pricey.
