Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe've been visiting La Paloma for several years. This was one of the most disappointing stays we've encountered. First, we got put into a top-level room on a building where the elevator went out. Knowing that the staff was aware of this issue, having to carry all of my families bags upstairs was a little uncalled for. At least offer someone to help us with that. I understand there was a storm that came through before our stay, but the pool area just wasn't clean enough. The decking was muddy and dirty, the bar of Sabinos was greasy, the area around the slide, and its stairwell just felt nasty to walk on barefooted. Also, I had to go behind the desk twice to get my own waters because no staff was present. There was no music around the pool area. That's kind of a big deal when hanging out around a pool Sabinos, the chicken tenders, were horrible, and I caught the chef (the one with the green hair) eating the food as she was cooking it. After all of this, the most disappointing thing about Westin is that we've been visiting this place for so long, and there haven't been ANY noticeable updates done in YEARS!!! Especially to the pool area. It needs a makeover. Just walking around that place is an inconvenience, especially if you have a stroller! There aren't enough umbrellas either.
Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, slide was fun.

United States of AmericaEverything at this property was run down. We spent more money than ever to stay here. The elevator in our building was broken. My 80 year old mother with heat problems had to use the stairs in the 105 + weather. Conversely there was no hot water in our building. I rented three rooms. 2 were king rooms with pullout beds. All rooms had 3-4 people registered and one of our rooms had no pull out couch. When we called the front desk to address an issue no one ever answered the phone. In fact, they would pick up and then hang up the phone. I had one 2 Queen rooms, and 2king +pull out bed, at $900, a $336 Ramada by the pool and we didn't $300 at the bar. The begining of the first day at the pool was fun, but apparently I found out later, they made everyone get their pool noodles etc out after we left. On our second day as we entered the pool with our noodles, the manager who was standing with her hands on her hips directing staff informed me with superior tones that the noodles and toys were not allowed in the pool. I explained we and everyone else had noodles in the pool the day before. I was told that I should have read my pre arrival email better. There were, through the day a couple of managers in dress shoes in the pool area telling people what they could not do. I'm not sure what message the management is sending here, but they are not accessable, friendly or accommodating. Later in the day they put up tents to inspect bags for snacks and beverages. Because the phones were not being answered every time we needed to ask a question we were required to walk, a significant distance, to the front desk and wait in line at the check in desk. Upon departure, we carried all if our belongings to our car because there were no bell services available to help us. There were in face at least 5 carts not running and apparently there was no staff to operate them. All around the property poor planning was evident. The pool bar ran out of ice at noon. In Arizona.
The only saving grace here are the forward facing employees that empathize and do their jobs with a smile. The managers caused the staff score to be reduced here. They are automatons programed only to stop people from doing normal vacation activities, and will not respond to phone messages.

United States of AmericaThe facilities were upgraded but the tile in the shower wasn’t great, the fridge broken, stains on the bedsheet and wear and tear around the hotel. The dining area was dirty, staff were pretty friendly everywhere but the pool. I don’t like the wristband feature at the pool, parking is far from rooms.
The views are breathtaking. Bed was comfy, peaceful.

The first room had to call security to open door. Security said just kick door. I went in and bugs starting to bite me. I had to pull door open as hard as l could and arm hurt. Complained and was given another room. Again had to call Security to get in. I thought l was going to pass out it was so hot. Horrible experience.

United States of Americathe room smelled like humidity, the carpet was dirty, the sheets on the bed smelled dirty and there was hair all over the bathroom . the room door broke and changing rooms was chaos and the staff was not helpful ( my wife and toddler son were on their own). I tried everything to get in touch with a manager but never had luck. ever since I got there the lady at the front desk that checked me in was not very friendly. to top it all off, horrible service at the pool. Its a shame because I have been going to la paloma my entire life and wanted to continue doing that but now with my son, that is not happening.
