Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I Request a set of toothbrush but it didnt came, deposit in the reception was dissapointing, it was $200, they told me it will be return after 3 days, but it seemed a week now and i didnt get my deposit. Can someone clarify about d deposit? Thankszzz
They clean the room almost everyday, quite clean and smells good at d lobby.

nothing, staff were friendly and helpful and it was exactly as expected for an overnight stop.
Check in was straightforward and easy. Not a hotel for a holiday as it's not very close to any attractions, but the room was clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight layover. The complimentary shuttle bus from the airport was also a great help.

Wifi costs if you ar not a hotel member, feels not so modern - 2024 wifi should be free.. Parking is extremely expensive. Self park just slightly cheeper than valet.
Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and beds super comfortable. Very nice to have possibility of free airport transfer. The closeness to LAX are a huge plus when travel early or late.

There’s no bathroom fan and the door doesn’t stay open making it about 90 degrees and humid in there after a shower. I had to wedge something under the door to keep it open to cool it down. The parking cost was ridiculous.
The staff was friendly. The decor was nice.

WIFI...did not work at all. I went to the check-in a few times and they acknowledged it was not working. But did not provide any solutions.

There was about a 24 hour period when the internet wasn’t working. Not sure why but that was quite inconvenient. I wish there were laundry services available on premise. Very close to the airport but requires a car for any other touristy activities.
The property was clean and well maintained. Convenient restaurant on premise. Starbucks is also on premise. Very close to the airport.

Some minor issues like make up stains on the bedding, no body wash in the dispenser and no coffee pods in the room (although we called reception and housekeeping were quick to bring some). Not quite the standard you expect from the Westin.
Good location, close to airport. Efficient shuttle service and check in. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Lobby area was nice. Friendly staff.

The room was comfortable after my connecting flight was canceled. Spacious enough for a quick night's sleep. The proximity to the airport was very convenient, and the hotel even had a free shuttle running to the airport regularly.

Pool missing. I love dogs but the barking on our side was excessive. Nothing you can do about it. Unless you purchase the property and add a dog hotel. That would pretty awesome though.

Food options were confusing…didnt realize there was a restaurant in the hotel until the next day. Also was glad to be able to avoid the overnight parking fees.

The location was the best. Easy access to other parts of LA that my fiancé and I wanted to visit. Very friendly staff and a spacious room. We had a lovely view from our hotel room.
