It’s a bit overrated. Looks amazing but the service & breakfast options should be better for the price.

The whole reason I chose this property was because it had underground parking that we never got to use due to it being out of order. Slipping around on ice is what I wanted to prevent. Breakfast on the go needs to start earlier, ppl are going out to do things and would like something to snack on.. we were in the building behind the main building where 2 different rooms had our kids but we couldn’t get in to their building until we had them come down to let us in. There should also be a cover overhead between buildings. For the price I don’t see why something isn’t already there.

The breakfasts were good but could have been more substantial. More protein options like a breakfast burrito or some boiled eggs?

The staff were very nice and the shuttle bus driver to the ski resort was especially patient with so many people eager to get on the mountain or back to the hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect.

Some of the front of desk staff were not as professional as we would have expected. They were slovenly, feet up, and surfing on their cell phones or reading their books.

Great apartment with good facilities. Super cleaning staff who very helpful. The gym was extremely well equipped and well laid out.

Location is perfect right in the heart of town but on a quieter street! Rooms are spacious and clean and feel more like apartments than hotel rooms.

facility is worn, room wasn’t dirty but tired and showing wear. Noise from units above, floor/ceiling needs better underlayment to mute noise transmission. Guest room lighting is not good.

Suite was very dark and dreary. No views from the rooms. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7:15. Price point was way too high. Suite didn’t have a wall that went all the way up so the bedroom was impacted by the light or noise from someone in the living area so not a true suite. Barn doors were loud and didn’t offer privacy between areas.

Grab and Go breakfast items were very good. Location was great, could walk to restaurants and shops and the rodeo.

We were expecting a buffet breakfast, and instead there we were some small bites with no available tables for seating. Also the hotel is perhaps a little too expensive for the facilities it offers.

Our room was large with incredibly comfortable beds. The restroom was also very spacious with modern furniture. There was parking provided by the hotel and the location is close to the city center.

Rooms were a little smaller than expected. There is no oven in the hospitality suite & the kitchen layout was a little unusual. One staff member was difficult—the rest were wonderful.

The lighting in the bedroom was inadequate. The bedside lights were essentially nightlights and completely useless for any real purpose especially reading.

elevator and stairs were not convenient to use , elevator seems slow and buttons not working sometime, whereas stairs were far from entry door.

Staff was really helpful and knowledgeable , Rita Jerry and Linda are awesome to interact with and they really helped with local area knowledge and our requests.

Breakfast area is very congested, and the options are quite limited. The Bunnery bakery items are delicious.

Lovely suite and kitchen. The location is excellent, right in downtown with a park across for those who'd like to take a stroll in the morning or evening.

The room we reserved , advertised a " sofa bed" . However it did not convert into a bed ....so my 14yr.old grandson had to make do... with sleeping on the sofa with just a throw ( no extra blankets) .We did let him use a couple of pillows from the large King bed . Also, my wife felt the kitchen was not very well stocked.

Location is an easy walk to the square. Also, made it a quick route( to Jackson Hole Airport) for our early flight home.
