Breakfast isn’t your typical continental. Limited selection that isn’t the best. They do suggest local favourites which is nice if you’re into that.

The walls to the hotel are very thin. We have an infant and had her put down to sleep. The neighboring room was very loud and slamming doors witch woke our baby up multiple time causing for little sleep for all parties.

Staff was very friendly and informative. They welcomed us like family and answered all of our questions.

The only thing we didn't like was that the walls were very thin, and the guests next door to us were very loud, not to mention we could hear noisy children running and playing in the hallways, all during the middle of the night, but that's more of a home training thing, not on the hotel. Also, there was a ration on towels, because we could only use one set at a time and you had to haul your dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange for clean ones each time.

All of the staff was super friendly during our entire stay. Our room was small, but very clean and up to date and worked well for just me and my husband. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast, nothing over the top, but served fresh each morning so we enjoyed that. We were in very short walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do at Carolina Beach.

Very disappointed to learn that we did not get our $100 deposit back upon leaving. When I called I was told we had left the room in terrible condition. We are all mature adults and travel often. We pride ourselves on leaving the room as clean as we found it. Our son has special needs and sometimes has "accidents". We take great care to wash and clean anything that may have gotten dirty, and we spray and clean the room.

Limited breakfast options. We enjoyed the muffins and supplemented with our own groceries. My son and I have stayed there before, several years ago, and we could not get over all the enhancements. The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is as amazing, helpful, and kind as before.

On the day of departure, we are sitting in our room still have about 45 minutes to check out and housekeeping, just bus through the door. I’m thankful that she was a woman considering the fact that one of us was not dressed yet I feel like housekeeping needs to knock And announced their self before they come in because it was not checkout time. Other than that I will give this facility a 10 out of 10 because it was nice clean and the staff was friendly.

I love this place will definitely stay again The room was nice and very spacious. Also accommodated myself and my two friends for a girls trip was perfect because there were three beds in the room. I had never seen that before I loved it.

It was a little loud and had to turn down the AC to 60 just to drown out other rooms.

It was cute and boutique-like. They let us have an hour for a late check-out, though we actually didn't need it, it was nice not to feel rushed. We were able to get to where we wanted to eat with an inexpensive Uber and felt very safe in and around the property.
