You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was the same most standard breakfast that you would find at most hotels. If you want to set yourself apart, make it something special that oatmeal was totally cold and soaked and water.
The property was brand new absolutely perfect and clean. Had a bar on site. Would totally recommend for any young couple.

Easy access from highway, after a long very windy and wet drive from Albuquerque!! Nice pet area and easily accessible from our first floor room! Sparkling clean bathroom and very comfortable bed, a great nights sleep for two cold and weary travelers!!!!

United States of AmericaPrice! I love a good get away just like anyone else and yes the facility is brand new but the prices are a bite high considering location. We’ll see how the prices work overtime. I think at least a $20-$30 drop is in order for a small town like Winslow. Yes amenities like comp breakfast , bar and 24 hr gym access are Amazing! But if the showers on the second floor are all made as cheaply as ours was I don’t see them lasting more than 5 years. And quality of cleanliness would need to be consistent as well, for the price that is. Aside from that not much competition in town so I look forward to seeing well they do over time as most people probably only stay 1-2 nights tops.

United States of AmericaThis hotel is under construction and is surrounded by a chain link fence. Imagine our surprise when we drove up at 6:00 pm. with a supposed reservation but a totally empty unfinished hotel. This caused considerable strain on us and we ended up having to drive late into the night to find another as everyone was booked.
Is this a joke? I feel like I am being punked!
