My room's surfaces were not wiped down. There was residues left on the desk, headboard and bedside tables. The faucet in the tub needs to have the cartridge replaced as it dripped all day and night. Also, the carpets could stand for a cleaning as well. After wiping down the room myself I was able to rest great the first evening. My second evening was an absolute nightmare. I was not able to get to bed until after 2 am. It seems like a large party of children came in that day and they were running up and down the halls knocking on doors. Slamming doors and crying into the morning hours. It was the worst experience I've had in a hotel ever! I reached out to the front desk and staff member that answered the phone was very kind and stated he would walk up to the area to find out which room was causing the commotion. It was still an hour after my call before the noise stopped.

The location of the hotel was great. I didn't have to go far for eateries or the interstate. The staff was very engaging and responsive.

this hotel needs staff that know what they are doing and being trained for, your staff as well as management need common sense. your staff lost my booking and asked me if I knew my own name, questioned if I knew what state it was in and flat out denied my disabilities. i was told I was not allowed to have a service dog on the property and then was told my disability was not their problem to see booking.com instead . i could go on…. i was also told I looked like I couldn’t afford a suite she had after telling me they had zero avail and double booked about two dozen others . it was our fault she said . never seen such Unprofessional behavior . i missed my entire martial arts tournament trying to check in and be belittled . so I drove 6 hours just to argue with a hotel. the manager rose needs a reality check and a new job

Was planning on paying cash for room lady at desk told me they didn't take cash. So I told her I had to move money around. She did not wait and put my bank account in the negative. Her apology was not sincere. And when we got to the room, pull out couch had no sheets and bathroom smelled musty. Will not be going here again.

The tv did not work no channels showed, my room was not cleaned and when I went to the front desk to ask that it be cleaned the house keeping ppl left for the day mind you I was leaving the next day so I had a restroom full of wet soiled linen it was just disturbing for me.

We asked for featherless pillows because of allergies. This did not happen and it was hard to get them replaced. There was dried pee under the toilet seat it was disgusting.
