Location was in the perfect place. I think the upgraded room price for the breakfast they served could've been a bit more fancy. I felt like i was getting the normal breakfast that you'd get included in the price of other hotels that i couldve stayed at. I thought for the incease in room price and the beautiful of the hotel, the breakfast wouldve been better since the restaurant dinner service always smelled AMAZING when we'd come back to the hotel at night

The beds could have been better. they were a little bit hard. but any other things was amazing.

My only complaint was that my air inside the room didn’t work too well. I had to call a few times and they were quick to send maintenance but they couldn’t figure it out… But they provided a fan for some type of comfort. Also the shower/tub doesn’t drain water fast at all!!!

The hotel was in a great spot! We had access to just about all of the events and local stores as well as restaurants! The staff was very friendly. The hotel even had staff to book outings at discounted rates! The breakfast was good and hot.

Pool was crowded - but it was spring break. The restaurant seated our family of 4 at the bar, and no one waited on us, we got up and left. It wasn’t continuously kept clean, the trash in the ice machine/drink area was always overflowing and stunk. The ice machine had mold on it. Beds were not comfortable. Took forever to wait on an elevator.

Starbucks downstairs, housekeeping was on it when we needed extra towels, location, nice staff! Clean for the most part.

it was too busy. and you had to wait forever to get on the elevator. the pool was always way to crowded to enjoy it. The parking lot was crammed packed which also made it difficult to park.

Room was not ready for 2 hours after check in time. Which messed with our dinner reservations. It is nice to check in and get settled after traveling a long distance. Not trying to find something to kill time. Also would be nice if the facility had a service elevator for staff with carts. Elevators were very busy with guests. Add staff and carts and there were times we had to wait quite a while just for an elevator.

Rooms where very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

The walls seemed pretty thin. We could hear folks in the hallway and being pretty close to the elevators added to the hall traffic.

We caught a good deal that allowed us to afford a couple of shows and not just spend on a place to sleep.

Couldn't enjoy the hot tub, cause of many young children in there after 10pm, both nights. I think you should have a rule, no kids after 9pm or something.

All minor inconveniences- wall in shower was cracked, water was warm but would never get hot. Elevator door had to open and close 4 or 5 times before it would go up or down.

Customer service was excellent. Location was great! Beds were comfortable.

There was no hot water in our room to shower. I had to call the front desk a couple of times and in the end they had allowed me to go to a different room to take a shower.

The location and price were great. The staff was friendly. Overall the room was nice.

There were a lot rooms/levels and many noises to keep you up at night. Just normal things 🙂

Parking is horrible. The breakfast lines were too time consuming and the staff needs there own elevator. They where filling them up while visitors waited for 15-20 minutes and we had to ride once with a worker in gloves with a plunger and toilet snake

We got ready for kids to go to bed there was no mattress on the couch called front office they sent blankets sheets etc. Waited and hour for maintenance to come. Just to find out out bed was broke. So we was changing rooms after 11pm..

We always stay here when we come to town. We like staying on 9th floor with balcony

The hotel has this mexican tacos smell as my husband described it.

The location was great. Close to everything on HW 76. Breakfast was ok but my kids loved the pools.
