All minor inconveniences- wall in shower was cracked, water was warm but would never get hot. Elevator door had to open and close 4 or 5 times before it would go up or down.

Customer service was excellent. Location was great! Beds were comfortable.

There was no hot water in our room to shower. I had to call the front desk a couple of times and in the end they had allowed me to go to a different room to take a shower.

The location and price were great. The staff was friendly. Overall the room was nice.

Parking is horrible. The breakfast lines were too time consuming and the staff needs there own elevator. They where filling them up while visitors waited for 15-20 minutes and we had to ride once with a worker in gloves with a plunger and toilet snake

We got ready for kids to go to bed there was no mattress on the couch called front office they sent blankets sheets etc. Waited and hour for maintenance to come. Just to find out out bed was broke. So we was changing rooms after 11pm..

We always stay here when we come to town. We like staying on 9th floor with balcony

The hotel has this mexican tacos smell as my husband described it.

The location was great. Close to everything on HW 76. Breakfast was ok but my kids loved the pools.

The hallway smelled horribly of smoke. There were only 4 elevators to our knowledge, and Saturday morning was an awful wait! The breakfast that needed vouchers or we had to pay $13 for was worse than other continental breakfast that I've had. The pool is not big enough for the size of the hotel.

The restraunt and Starbucks being in the facility. The price we paid for 3 nights fit the hotel. You definitely get what you pay for.

Plenty of parking...large resort with amenities like pool and exercise room. Breakfast was not included but the price was fair. Room was comfortable except we would have liked a bigger fridge in our room and located on a shelf, not on the floor under a table. No microwave in the room but at least there was one at the vending machines. A bigger TV would have been nice, too. We had dinner in the restaurant. Food and service good. The decor though was dreary...walls bare except for a few stuffed animal heads. Really needs a redo with more colour and artwork or something instead of the stuffed animal heads.

The place had a smell, breakfast was not included and the carpet was not cleaned.

The location was nice and the price was good. The room did not look like the one on the site. Our comforter hada stain and our headboard was missing paint.

When I booked it, it had the green sticker that breakfast was included. That is one of the reasons why I booked it. And they had it available for extra charge. Not really included. 😕 Other than that everything was great.

The staff that helped us was friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast is the same every day. If you don't purchase the breakfast with your stay it is 12.95 which I think is expensive for what is offered.

It was right in the middle of the strip. The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms were good size. Some of the furnishings were a little outdated but very clean and the price was good. I would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working the first night of our stay and the pool was super cold. It was a pretty small indoor portion of the pool anyhow so would have been difficult to use if busy.

The hotel was very nice and clean inside. The room was as well. Had two problems with the room though. Vanity mirror shocked the crap out of me when I moved it. So, I unplugged the cord and notified the front desk. Also, I saw a roach in the bathroom. Could have been a waterbug. Again notified front desk. Other than that, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable!

The hotel was like any other regular hotels, not sure what it takes to be a resort. The hallway caroet was torn, and the shower curtain was dirty.

The room was spacious, and the hotel was a great location. I liked the restaurant, free drink and hotel recommendations for entertainment.

Not enough parking, no microwave in room and there aren’t full black out curtains on the windows and it was really bright in the mornings.
