The walls were paper thin. We could hear every word from the family next door. The coffee maker was missed. (There's an expresso machine w tiny cups. The machine has an option for larger pour, no mug.)

We had the intercoastal room. View was great of the marina, beautiful sunrise. Sunset on the 360° balcony. Best seabass I've ever had on the rooftop as well!

Some of the furnishings in the room, as well as some of the "high traffic areas" were a little worn.

I loved the location! An easy 20 minute drive into St. Petersburg. Seems to be at the "nicer" end of St. Pete Beach. It was quiet, and the beachfront and pool area were lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that bikes and kayaks were available.

1. Room was outdated. No house phone. No reading lamps. Only one chair. No night tables. No enough charging outlets. It was often unpleasantly noisy.

With the exception of the restaurant, the staff in other areas of the hotel seemed unusually disengaged. We were left to fend for ourselves with our luggage, the front desk was rather distant in attitude and the cleaning staff preferred to avoid us.

It wasn’t really family friendly. Great for a couple. Rooftop bar is beautiful and views are amazing. No beach access.

Nice hotel, close to beach, about 100 metres. The building is well kept, modern, very large rooms, nice furniture. Kayaks and bicycles available for free. A smaller pool at the back and a nice restaurant, though a bit high prices. The area has lots of restaurants and retail shops. The beach is wonderful.

No other options for food on Easter Sunday except the brunch. But that was an anomaly. We took an Uber to Rick's Reef for breakfast.

Loved the proximity to the beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub were nice to come back to later in the day and enjoyed the pool bar/food options. The room size was great and loved the sitting room off the bedroom. And enjoyed the Freebie beach rides.

Front desk clerk was very lackluster and usually not at the front desk and every time we had to wait 10min for her to come back. Wait staff at the restaurant were complaining the whole time in front of the guests. Extremely unprofessional and we had to wait a long time for them to tend to our table. Even the final bill took forever. 0 out of 10 for these two services.

They charged my card twice for the same room and took forever to refund me. From the moment we arrived to checkout they had an issue with finding the booking and saying I owed,to “fixing” the issue only to charge my card days after leaving.

Beautiful property located across from beach in inter coastal waterways. Food was delicious from breakfast to dinner. Pool and hot tub was clean and inviting. Between 2and 4 pm they served a snack at reception area. They also had a variety of snacks , drinks and sunbathing supplies readily available for purchase . Overall the staff was very courageous. Parking is free with 24 hour concierge! We loved our stay !
