The shower was more like a drip, and it never got warmer than tepid. The room was very hot when we arrived, no ac on.

Mattresses needs to be more comfortable also bed sheets/comforter needs new one and little heavy, TVs needs upgrades you can’t Bailey watch tv white lines on tv plus the phones in the rooms olds and not working at all.

Didn't like the fact that there was wild animals all the way around it such as a stray dog stray cats other than that it was fair

The staff was exceptional and everything worked out good I had booked it through booking.com and I still paid more than what booking.com said the rooms and I had a strange smell when I first went there but I always travel with my own air freshener so I was okay

Beds and comforters were terrible. Horrible nights sleep because bed was terribly hard and the covers/comforters were way to then....did not sleep hardly at all

The bathroom in our hotel room was a little small. That was the only thing that we had any complaints about.

Enjoyed the size of the room. The pool was wonderful. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was wonderful. We were within a short drive of everything we wanted to see/do. We have already booked another stay at the hotel for September.

I didn't like that the first two rooms were not very well kept. One room the window was open and wouldn't shut all the way. The other room the curtain was broke and wouldn't close. Both rooms were on the first floor. But like I said I like that they took care of it without any trouble.

We liked that it was close to everything we wanted to do. Had a nice pool and hot tub. Also the problems we had in our first rooms, they let us change rooms to the second floor which made me feel more safe.

It isn’t cleaned that well, it truly needs a deep cleaning. The high spots are gotten, but that’s it. Which I understand some places are hard to get, but the corners of where the floor and wall meet are dirty. When we entered our room after check in, it felt and smelt as if the air hadn’t been on in weeks. It was so hot and muggy in there, it took about 4 hours for it to finally cool off. It also smelt terrible when the air was first cut on, which makes sense if it hasn’t been ran in a while. I understand that, but they could’ve at least cut the air on knowing we were going to arrive soon.

The location of the hotel is pretty decent, it not in the middle of all the down town people and traffic. It’s a nice little place to stay secluded.

there was nobody at the desk we had to ring the bell. The rooms are very outdated we didn’t feel very comfortable no blankets on the bed. A few cheap towels.
