The rooms have a lot of windows, which is great, but also you can listen to every sound from the outside. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. However, it is a great spot!

It’s amazing location. You’re literally on the beach. The rooms are well equipped with kitchen appliances. They provide beach chairs and towels. Maria was very nice and friendly!

Walk right out the door down the road to the beach. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Made us feel welcome. Fridge kettle full cooker coffee pot and dishes in room. Comfortable beds. Outside shower to help keep sand out. Parking in Hollywood is very scare - Hollywood business owners do not have control of this- however they give you help and pointers how to get a city pass. The location here right off the boardwalk is wonderful.

There was a little bit of sand on the bathroom floor left in a corner and some loose hairs on the toilet and bathroom sink.

Didn't realize in advance that check in was contactless. Confusion with room key was resolved, but with a small delay waiting for a text response. No one onsite

We were lucky and got a parking spot right next to the hotel. Parking is a little difficult.

It was a small block from the beach and boardwalk. The room was very, very, clean. The staff were very nice and friendly.

Everything was clean with the exception in the floor, felt like they forgot to sweep before we go there.

I liked the property because it was so close to the beach. We had the basics, fridge, oven and kitchen sink.

Our bathroom sink drain would not stay open but I solved the problem by shoving a hand soap between the sink n drain. Not much storage for a week stay. Otherwise everything was perfect!

It was small and quaint and just what I needed to get away and relax for my Spring Break. Quiet and warm and cozy. Great deal of beach accessories which was a nice touch (towels & beach chairs) come in the room. Maria and her husband are incredible hosts and work their booties off. The beach is a stone throw away and the boardwalk is full of entertainment, food, and shopping. You don’t even need a car. Uber is super cheap. We will definitely be back! FYI the other workers do not speak English so when they pull out their phones they will want you to ask the question for the phone to translate. I’d recommend you add an app to communicate. As far as the boardwalk please take note locals are very serious about their walking/riding side of the boardwalk. It is the side close to the beach. Otherwise someone will gripe or yell at you.

It was a cute hotel right on the Boardwalk. We got there early, and the owners kept our luggage so we could visit the beach.

There is limited parking at the motel. Only 4 spaces. When we arrived on a busy Sunday, there was no street parking to be found and all the lots were closed. (arrived at 2:30) We exited the island and went to eat at a local bar. Met the nicest locals and had the best waitress. When we returned 2 hour later, there was tons of parking.

Great location and the owners are super nice. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a beach stay. They even provide 2 chairs and beach towels. Everything is within walking distance. Once we parked the car, we didn't use it the entire stay.

The location was amazing! It was right next to the beach but tucked away to where it was not too noisy! The host Maria was amazing she was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for what we needed and was very clean. We will definitely stay here again if when we travel back to Fort Lauderdale. 🌴
