1.1 miles from downtown? Yes, but failed to mention they were VERTICAL miles with only one way down. A bit misleading. Tubs in bathrooms were 🤔 old??

the restrooms were a dirty and the water didn't work well in the second restroom would only leak when turned all the way on. The heaters in the restroom did not work so it was freezing in the morning to shower. There was already trash when we entered the room.

It’s quite an old property so a lot of the decor and amenities are quite old.

Beautiful location, good for stopping over while travelling between white sands and Texas. Would be great condos as base for doing activities in the park.

The only real upgrade that we think could needs to happen were the twin beds and box springs were just a bit overly bouncy. Some of the dishes needed to be rewashed because they were obviously put back dirty, but this is more likely previous guests being disrespectful.

Love this place! The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the balcony itself was spacious. The condo was clean and the wifi worked fine. This is an older wooden mountain condo structure but we are easy travelers and fine with older properties. The guys in the office were pleasant and available by text. The master bed was a dream.

The beds are really old and uncomfortable. The first few nights i was fine. But after night number 3 my back was killing me. My parents who had stayed in another room also felt their bed was old and uncomfortable. The fridge is a little outdated.

I loved the views and the condo itself. It has everything you need. Cody is great! He is very accommodating and nice. The condo is super spacious. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was clean. The rooms have plenty of space and the views are stunning. The grills were ready to be used. The kitchen does have everything you need to cook.

Just not enough hot water but the kind staff member was very prompt in remedying the situation after a call which is very appreciated.

The property is a little run down, as stated in other reviews. But, it was super comfortable and my family and I loved it.

We loved the view of Sierra Blanca from the balcony! The drive up was beautiful, too!

The shower/bath wasn't the most clean looking but you could tell it was more due to misuse from previous tenants. Just a few heaters, while older, didn't function as well as others so getting the fireplace going was a big necessity. Everything is really meant to feel like it is an older home so it's understandable that some things don't work as well as before. Some beds weren't super comfortable but were enough to get some rest after a long day.

The building manager goes above and beyond in helping make our stay as fantastic as possible. We had several hiccups on our fault and he responded quickly and saved us from big trouble on multiple occasions. I am incredibly thankful for his attentiveness and help. The view is incredible, either from the third story or from the edge of the property it's a breathtaking view of everything down below. The ride up is a bit steep but worth the ride, as if building up to the location. The rooms were very homey and rules make it seem more so, giving you a sense of responsibility to tidy up like it's your home makes the experience much more endearing. There are even several amenities in each condo that you don't really get in hotels like cookware and ovens!

The only think we encountered was the TV. However, we were traveling to be around nature and the TV was not a big issue as we didn’t really watch it. We enjoyed the outdoors.

The view is excellent and the set up inside and out is very cozy and feels like a home away from home.

Everything is too old! Kitchen table and chairs are all stained and look poorly. Bedding and towels smelled and towels were super old as well. We went to Walmart and get a new set for $3 dlls each; I mean they are not expensive so don’t see the reason why don’t put newer towels.

Always an amazing view and the fact that has a kitchen allows us to stay in to have breakfast and late night dinners.

The hearing system did not keep the unit warm. I had to use area heaters.

We had a huge snowstorm during my stay. Cody, the manager worked many extra hours helping guests deal with the storm. One of the priorities was cleaning the walkways to make them safe, also salting the most treacherous areas of the driveway.

Its a bit older place, could use new furniture that was old. Make you have a 4x4 especially if it snows. Luckly we did. We saw few cars stuck up in the parking lot and off roads going up or down the hills to location. Be careful. Other than that, great stay.

Great view of the town from top of the hills is where the location of the place was. The staff was friendly and very helpful. He provided us w firewood for our room, easy check in and out. And deers were around everyday to greet us and look for treats from us. Apache ski resort only 30 min away.
