Reception staff member did their job too efficiently devoid of a friendly greeting. Very expensive hotel from a NZr perspective. I guess the location ramps up the price.

This wasn't the hotel's fault, and staff tried to manage the situation, but a large group had an event at the hotel (wine related?) and proceeded to party below my window long after the staff asked them to move along. Staff came out four times but the very loud entitled group continued to party. Not sure if this is a regular thing but perhaps ask for a room not overlooking the firepit/pool.

It has a great location and is a very nice property. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Very walkable to bars and restaurants.

The canisters of coffee by front desk were always empty. It would be helpful to have a list of sights to see, places to visit in/around area placed at front desk. Staff at the front desk weren’t very engaging.

Location was perfect for exploring Tiburon. We loved our room and swimming pool, dining, sitting arsss and outdoor dining was beautiful.

Your website mentions a welcome drink/ a nightly local wine tasting at 5pm. That never happened any night we were there, even tho we asked at the desk. The gentleman said he would set it up but he never did.

The location was perfect. Center of very walkable Tiburon. The pool and hot tub were convenient to my room.

I didn’t like being woken up at 4 am to the sound of gushing water like a shower was running for an hour and half I suspect it was sprinklers but very disturbing…

The booking thru Booking.com was a disaster! We originally booked 3 nights, but I had to modify the booking which I did thru the Booking.com link that was provided. The hotel would passed the buck to Booking.com and it is impossible to reach anyone at booking.com to mediate the change. I had to file a dispute thru my credit card company to arrange for a refund.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Right in the heart of the main part of town. It is close to restaurants and just across from the ferry terminal. Very comfortable lobby and great parking set-up.

We didn’t like that the tavern closed rather early in the evening. We arrived at the property rather late and wanted a bite to eat - but the tavern’s kitchen apparently closed around 8:30pm, and the tavern closed around 9pm. The next night, we wanted to have a drink or two in the tavern, but again the 9pm closing hour was on us. It also would’ve been nice to have a small complementary breakfast offering, but it was a short walk down the street to a bakery/coffee shop.

We had stayed at this property quite a few years before, so we were somewhat familiar with it, and also with the area. The property is a bit dated but still in a good state of repair. It was in a good location to continue our journey north into the wine country. The bartenders in the tavern were very friendly and gave us good advice about our upcoming week.

Did not have room service during my 2 nights stay - no idea why this was the case.

Hotel is close to ferry to San Francisco (main reason why I booked it). Does have a restaurant on location and has big rooms. Would be good to stay even longer. Atmosphere was relaxed and decor was maritime - which I liked a lot. Good dinner at restaurant with speedy service.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. There was no access to a mirror for me in the bathroom and shelf was too high. It would help if the property would install a couple of lower shelves and install a mirror on a hinge at a lower level so one could pull it toward one's face for make up or shaving or hair styling. Make sense?
