Stay were not friendly. They didn't do as they say they would. Check in was frustrating. Asking for more toilet paper staff was not friendly.

Location is great to stay on the board walk! Dunkin is close by for your morning coffee fix! Lots of restraurants within a short walk.

could only park 1 car, air conditioning didn’t work and they were hesitant to give more towels when needed, it’s like our part of the building was forgotten and the other building was kept up

Building we were in was close to boardwalk but not directly on boardwalk. so many shop and food options nearby

The room was dirty and un-maintained. The microwave was broken minimally stocked for two people.... not a family. There was no carpet in the room and because there was no daily room service, there was no way to avoid sand being tracked EVERYWHERE! Every day at any given time the elevator and our room smelled like pot and cigarette smoke....despite it being a smoke free hotel. It's disgusting! The rooftop pool was dirty and disgusting. Everything from the pool deck to chairs were covered in poop. Pool hadn't been cleaned in days.

Check in and out were easy and streamlined. In general the staff were friendly and helpful. The 2nd floor pool with bar were a fun vibe. The ease and access to the boardwalk and beach are the shining gem to this place. Security did a great job controlling the late night noise, and were always present.

The room was very hot. Ac was not working and there are no screens on sliding door so flies would just come in. Asked to be checked but nothing happened.

The location is nice in reference to boardwalk and rides.

had trouble with tv's they changed my tv 3 times & had to call comcast before fixed, it took days. also wifi doesn't work very good all day had better luck late...late night. last thing i had a couple hours to kill between check out & ride to airport, so went down to lobby to have them watch my bag...to my shock "we don't do that here"...what kind of hotel or resort won't watch a bag?? to make it worse there were no seats for me to wait with bag for ride i had to wheel bag up to pool deck to be able to sit..will never return because of this non service all other places i've stayed offer!!!

they didn’t provide enough essentials considering it’s a hotel. things like toilet paper, towels and linens. it was also very noisy at night.

Sink upside down door hard to open to balcony bathroom door handle messed up inside only one parking pass with np free parking close in the past we have had 2 pineapple missing on bed

Cleanliness was very poor Maintenance was untrained. Our a/c was broke and was not fixed the entire time. Requested 4 times. Staff was very uncaring and non-apologetic. Also the pools are very small. Parking was a nightmare.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. The hall rugs are disgusting and the rooms have not had the proper maintenance and upkeep.

The location is right on the beach. Close to everything in downtown ocean city.

there was no parking in the main lot the side lot and the ambassador parking lot. I had to pay right around 100 dollars extra for parking. I did ask the ladies at the front desk about parking and k just got a piece of paper showing the hotel and some parking spots.

it was very nice property and stay. staff was very nice. like how close it is to every thing.

The kitchen was super small, the fridge barely worked. Check in was at 4 and had to wait till 5:30 for the room to be ready. No shower curtain when we first got into our room had to find someone to get one.

Could not lower air conditioner below 70, so it was always humid in room & nothing dried, such as towels and bathing suits. (had to by fans for air circulation). Ice machines on floors did not work. Odd smells in hallways. If housekeeping was not there, was unable to get cooking utensils and cookware, if needed. Small fridge for kitchen you can prepare meals in.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Nice staff. Large enough space & sleeping areas. Pool. Ability to make own meals. Large bathroom and shower/tub.

Room turn up service was by request only, which we didn't know at first. We made the request and the room still wasn't cleaned. Parking is horrid, if you move out of the main parking spot to go anywhere, you'll most likely have to park in overflow parking 2 streets up.

there were several maintenance related issues with our room, that I brought to the front desk staff near the end of our stay (we could live with them while there paying off season prices). when I shared it with her I asked that she let the manager know & that I’d be willing to speak to the manager as well. had the manager made time at check out to speak with me I’d have given a higher review. there are more photos I can share, but am only allowed one from each area on booking’s review format.

location was right on the boardwalk & our 3rd floor room had a beautiful view of the ocean with a balcony.

I called to see if the pool was open told yes both were closed. not once did we get new towels or garbage removed or any service. they were pairing the bar and the painters had music loud with every other word being f**k

the property doesn’t list the the pool are not available even though it say seasonal they need to say that they are closed that is the main reason why people booked because of the pools. appliances need to be updated and cleaned out they are terrible and beds are very uncomfortable.
