Room was great but falling apart. The window was broken and wouldn't stay up so we used the ironing board to hold it open. The sheet on the bed had make up stains on it.

The staff was so sweet and the beach view was awesome and calming.

There was no dish liquid and no dishwasher detergent. The back yard was full of trash and broken chairs and tables. it would have been easy to clean it because they knew we had two large dogs with us. It also would be easy to put up a low fence so the dogs could go out into the back yard unleashed. the stairs to the beach were closed so we had to go down the street for beach access.

The room was very comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. There was a TV in both bedrooms and the living room....enough for everyone to watch what they wanted. The kitchen was good sized and well equiped and regular sized stove dishwasher and refrigerator. Keurig coffee maker and good supply of coffee pods. This was one of the few places we could find that would take two LARGE dogs and I am very thankful for that.

There was no A/C, and it was warm, I bought a fan for my kids' room. There was no beach access, but the map did show us that on either street next to us. We could go down there. It also could use any kind of art on the wall would be nice. Would have also been nice to know that they were still doing construction. They had the gas company out there right in front of our room at 11:00 in the morning. Jack hammering out ground to run gas lines to other cottages.

This speaks to Cottage 112, We, as a family, liked the kitchen space, the living room space, the bedroom spaces, and the view to the ocean and the areas to sit around and hang out. And how clean the facility was. How nice the staff was. And we had tons of towles for a 2 night stay.

bathrooms were very small as a big person who is also over 6 foot this made showering a tight issue would have had to move rooms or something if I was staying more then one night for my wife’s bday but overall the service was great and prompt

The Cottage that we upgraded too was slanted and off the foundation so everything was tilted. We had to sleep in the opposite direction so the blood didnt rush to our heads when we slept.

The grounds were spectacular and enjoyed my visit.

That our room was non-smoking and we could smell smoke in our bathroom. Our children even acknowledged the smell.

Property isn’t bad at all. I didn’t like the carpet and furnitures are old. Hopefully they will have the access/walkway to the beach open in the future.

The location is excellent. It is close to the pier, shops, and beautiful spots to see the beach. We loved the view. The bathroom was renovated (looked brand new). Staff were friendly, helpful.

in our room specifically, there was a small crack in the wall where you could sort of see what was on the other side of your wall. we laid a pillow over the horizontal slit in the wall because it made us very uncomfortable at the idea of someone being able to peak into the hole and see us. LUCKILY we found out the next morning it was an area where they kept extra supplies but still unacceptable. this was the only major downside of our stay but it was a very significant problem for a hotel that seemed so nice. would love to stay again but not in this room!!

they had constant work being done to rehab the hotel. the windows should be double paned because our room was up front. they don’t tell you that they don’t have a closet or any place for your luggage. and the kitchen pictures are not available to most rooms.

the pictures on your site are kind of deceiving. the view is not like the pictures but you do get what you pay for. the views are great from the benches below!!!

The room was hot. We had to prop up a window with a water bottle to keep it open. Shower water pressure was not good. The shower was very small and made it difficult to move around. The electric outlets were not accessible to charge our phones.

The staff was awesome. The facility was clean, even with the renovations taking place.

The bathroom was a bit tired and needed some refurbishment but was still fine to use.

Very lovely location, right by a good brewery and pismo beach. The room and bed was very comfy.
