The room stunk like pesticide the place was under construction and there was bed bugs it was awful, we left after 2 hours we couldn't tolerate it any longer than that..

There was nothing to like, the room had just been sprayed with pesticide and the whole place was under construction, we stayed for 2hours and had to leave because the accomodations were awful ! I think I should get a full refund..

The only thing i have to add that would make it even better than it was is too maybe put curtains in the kitchen window. So you are able to have privacy while cooking. At night the hotel next to this one can see right in the window.

We stayed in room 117 which had a full kitchen with fridge microwave oven and all dishes. View from our front porch and window inside room was amazing. Overlooking the water and you could see down to the pier. Amazing views. Love this room so much we will definitely be returning. Also bathroom was remolded which was very nice. Private room off by itself. Well it’s attached to two other rooms but very private for a hotel. Loved it very much

occupied one room with 2 queen beds. has only one bedside table. the small refrigerator is basically sitting on the floor. The bathroom when we get there has the old soap suds dried out. plus there was an additional 40$ fee I did not know posted after checking out. unfair.

I have a Per Diem rate for my business trip and i was within budget when I booked , when i arrived at reception i reminded them of this Per Diem rate and was told "not to worry" and that i would not go over for the 2 nights. When i received my final bill for 2 nights. One night was over my Per Diem by almost $45 dollars. Now i have to pay this out of my own pocket.

Location was ok although there is a better place (s) such as the Gypsy Motel for cheaper price and better view. I had been staying at Gypsy for over 13 days / nights prior to booking at Tides Oceanview Inn.

The room was humid and smelled moldy furniture was dirty and ripped as the carpet also pictures were not the same as they advertise on their site . False advertising for sure! you can feel the warm wiring on the mattresses of the bed and to top it off I found a cockroach in the kitchen.

The night club next door and the early construction in the morning. I think you should warn your guests so they are aware at the least. You need to do some more remodeling to your walls and baseboards and we found the phone in the closet...really!? Your staff seems like it needs to be trained the poor guy didn't know you had to pay on arrival.

There was no air conditioning; only a floor fan, broken windows couldn't open, bed had no head rest, dirty sheets...No ocean view like ad claims. Simply the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Not worth the high price.

I didn’t like that the room door wouldn’t shut all the way, I saw that in a few other rooms doors the same way. it’s also next to a restaurant who are very noisy after hours woke my baby up twice every night because they would slam doors. Our wall had a whole. Restroom toilet tooo BIGG!! For the price I don’t think that was worth 658 for two nights.

I was expecting a desk to work from. Most places provide a desk with an electrical outlet. This place had a desk with a coffee maker and a lamp on it. But they weren't plugged because there were no outlets, but for one right next to the door. I would have had to drag the desk across the room or find a hardware store and buy an extension cable. It was ridiculous. Also, the bedside lamp was unplugged. I had to pull the bed away from the wall and plug it in. It was also noisy. I could hear the television from the room above me.

The room was extremely hot with no A/C and never cooled down after leaving the windows open for 3 hours in the evening. Price was extremely high for quality of this property. Moved to sister property which was exceptional.
