There wasn't a front desk to check in or ask questions. There was a security office.

No instructions for television and how to operate remote controls. Also lock on door in Ocean facing bedroom so you could not open and walk outside. Seems unfortunate not to be able to walk out on the balcony from nice room. . Also instructions on shower in big bathroom . Not a normal way to turn on the shower. Although maybe not a big issue for some people beds were soft.

Cleaning. Refrigerator had a fish smell, like the liquid from fish had spilled and not cleaned. There was a used disposable razor that was on top of the shower that was there when we arrived. Only 1 elevator was in working order.

Good location. Convenient to most things that we were interested in. Convenient to beach.

The sliding glass door to 903 was extremely hard to open and close. Very hard! The towels are thin and coarse. It hurt my face to wash it. They need replacing. The broom and dustpan didn’t help keep the sand cleaned up. They need to be better. It was minimally stocked, but I brought TP, trash bags, PT, and spices. I’ve never been in a place with so few “extras”. I’m glad I was prepared.

The boardwalk was nice. Utility carts helped unload our car. Security kept the homeless out.

The mattress on the bed next to the beach was really soft in the middle and uneven. Sometimes used pillows to get comfortable. The cushions on the couch and matching chair were soft and made it difficult to rise from when attempting to stand.

Unit 605 was not as clean as expected and needs some updated. Trim, paint, floors all needs to be cleaned or painted. Couches were absolutely disgusting in which we covered them with sheets in order to use them. The closet doors on laundry are two different ones, the bathtub did not drain while showering, broken lamp in living room I feel should have been changed out before the next person's arrival. I could not find a cookie sheet anywhere either. It would have been nice to have some type of drawers other than whatever was in the closet. I feel this would make someone else's stay better if this was done. I did see some people vaping in the indoor pool area, gross. I think there needs to be a sign no smoking or vaping.

There wasn't really any complaints. We didn't really run into any staff, the check-in and out process was super easy. The only recommendation I could make is the ceiling above the jetted tub could use a little attention.

The location was perfect! Right on the beach, oceanview and nearby to Restaurants and shopping.

The master tub needs new faucets. We could not use that shower because the shower control does not cut off the bath faucet and you end up standing in ankle deep soapy dirty water while you shower.
