The furniture in our room was not the most comfortable but most of the beds were OK. There could be more towels in the room, I didn't go on vacation to do laundry to be able to take a shower.

Location is exceptional, we were at the west end of the beach but close to Pier park. The parking garage and walkover was a huge bonus. There is a restaurant on site and a pizza place across the street so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. There are 2 on site outdoor pools and an indoor pool plus you are steps away from the ocean!

How slow the elevators were and half of them never worked. I also didn't like that was couldn't set up my own personal chairs and umbrella on the outer side beside my chairs that cam with the room.

The view was wonderful and bed was very comfortable. The room was real nice and clean.

There was a problem with the refrigerator. The temperature was inside was not cold. No way to turn it up. We had to put our food in the freezer to get them cold. The other dislike was the elevators. With the fast elevator down we were having to wait sometimes 20 min or more for one elevator to arrive. Especially at check out day.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent for our travel. Must agree the temperature of the room was set at a very comfortable temperature.

The parking registration, which was unnecessary in the past as the parking pass and activity bands were on the counter inside the condos. Personally, I take it as a money grab

Eliminating the QR code pass to enter the parking garage as it caused a mess in the past.

Check-in and check-out was simple and quick. Plenty of parking available. Great atmosphere at this location.

Check in time. Most places I stayed before stay 3 or 4 check in but if you check they usually are available a few hours earlier. Here 4 check in means 4

I didn't like the setup of the condo I stayed in but it wasn't horrible.

Beds not comfortable. My room was at the elevator so we heard elevator noise ALL NIGHT long

Washing machine broke halfway through our stay and it took 3 days to fix. Other than that, our stay was great.

It took forever to wait on an elevator. Most people were waiting 45 minutes. I ended up taking the stairs at checkout which wasn’t the best idea because I have back issues. Also the king size bed was definitely used and my husband and I had trouble sleeping on it. We also kept hitting our legs on the corners of it due to a table being right by the corner of the bed so it left little walk room. The staff was so wonderful except the the ones that worked in the little store with the Starbucks. We went there twice and both times our drink was made wrong and when asked for it to be corrected we got very rude attitudes and had to just take it the way it was. We also weren’t fond of not being able to go back to the beach when checkout was at 10. We ended up having to go to a public beach access point with our kids and didn’t feel safe. We do feel like you should be able to stay longer on checkout day so you can spend a little bit more time at the beach and then shower before returning home.

We loved the closeness to the beach and it was very clean in the room. Being able to text the staff questions we had was also very nice.

Our condo was just perfect for our trip . Our family was staying in a different condo it same facility and it made our stay very convenient to be together.

Only negative thing is wait time for the elevators. Sometimes it felt like was waiting for the elevator from ages. We almost missed reaching the Dolphin tour boat location on time because we almost waited for 15+ minutes to get into the elevator.

Room was clean and neatly arranged. The location was superb. Ocean view was awesome and we loved being on beach front as we could spend as much time as possible on the beach. The indoor warm pool was added advantage and kids loved it. The beach chair was included as part of the apartment booking which was amazing.

Front door dead bolt didn't work which makes it easy some to break in , also freg didn't make any ice or very little

I was not aware of the surprise fee when I checked in to get my parking pass and wrist key the sofa and chair had an old odor
