The property itself could use some up-keep. Not that it matters to much but the grounds really needed to be mowed and maintained. The room itself seemed like it had been renovated recently but done on a budget. Not a bad thing but it’s definitely could have used a mopping or a deep clean before we got there; the floor just felt dirty under our feet. The always and lobby area are definitely run down, out dated, and dirty. We were only there to sleep and that was enough for me.

The continental breakfast was ok. They should have tongs for the bagels. You have to reach into a plastic container and easy to touch more than one.

I didn't realize that there was a pool until we checked out. The hotel would get 5 stars with a total update. The room was clean but dated. The bathroom had your very basic toiletries. I didn't find a hair dryer, but I didn't look too much.

Wife noted facilities outside the room itself just felt dirty, the building itself was notably dated and the conveniences in the room such as tv and refrigerator had to be at least 15-20 years old, no big deal to me but the general atmosphere made my wife uncomfortable just being there, comparable to the shining hallway

The hotel has an odd smell. Not overpowering but odd. It was obvious it has not been renovated in decades. It was difficult to find the ice machine. Things were not clearly marked. I think the room was way overpriced for what it was.

There was no pool on property as stated had to travel 8 minutes to another hotel for a pool. The tub had hair in it. The rooms were nothing like advertised on the internet. This is the second time I've used booking lately and have had horrible service. I have never had horrible service like this with booking. I think you should send someone out to check out these places before advertising on booking.

The fact that someone let someone into my room when I was in the shower. Also the staff was not that friendly and didn't seem to care that someone was let into my room when I was showering.

photos online showed it being in better condition, game room was not as advertised, bathroom was dirty and there’s no smoking in rooms but all guests were smoking right out side there rooms and it was coming into our room. we had to ask to use the pool for the kids and they only opened it for an hour it was not heated. We believe the people staying there live there by housing vouchers from the state. Dog in hotel room next door kept barking. People up late standing outside hotel room smoking

Wasn't worth the price, the furniture was damaged bathroom could use some attention, tub was stained, bathroom door was damaged and there was allot of rust on the bathroom door hardware and shower bar. The bathroom light flickered. While walking through the hallway to the room, the air quality was horrible, even though we had a no smoking room.

Sour milk rotten bananas but the big disappointment was I was told 189 per night snd had to pay 269 on Saturday. When I questioned this I was told it was because of the nascar race. I was deceived when I booked the room. The man on the phone said 189 per night with taxes and fees it was 702. That was deceiving.
