United States of AmericaI did not like the waterpark hours or the high prices at the restaurant. Also, there was a language barrier with the housekeeping staff, which made it difficult to communicate what our needs were. One of the staff had to use a phone to communicate.
I love how close it is to downtown. The room we had was perfect for our family, however we did bring an air mattress to make sure everyone had a bed.

United States of AmericaWe had to ask for bottles of water. My room didn't have an ironing board. I asked for one and never received it. They gave us cards to play in the arcade but they only had 4 credits and it wasn't enough to play any of the games my son were interested in. You could also smell chlorine on the 3rd floor by our rooms which was far away from the waterpark.
I liked the location as it was only 1 hour and 30 minutes from my home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My son enjoyed the waterpark, arcade and mini bowling adding. We enjoyed the fried pickles at the Moose and Maple restaurant. Our waitress the first night was Rebecca and she provided us with AMAZING service. Overall we had a great stay.

United States of AmericaIf you want a late checkout (even if just 1 hr) you have to pay $88+ even though I know they had vacant rooms around us; they said they couldn't accommodate but I knew that they could have + With all the extra things to do on the Grand Geneva Resort, a lot of it wasn't complimentary so all we really did was the Waterpark and at $850 for 2 nights it seems a bit excessive + The air was dry in the room and it seemed like the heating system may need cleaning; it was affecting our sleep. We used the shower like a humidifier to correct + I don't like that they didn't offer real blankets; we went to walmart and purchased 4 throws to be comfortable, which was an additional $100
The room was very clean + They text you when you arrive so you have constant communication with staff + The balcony + patio is such a plus + The location is perfect with stores you might need within 4 min drive + only $50 security deposit for 2 nights + Hot Water in suite + The kitchen was perfect

United States of AmericaThe water park gets very crowded mid day with all the birthday parties. I wish they didn’t have the outside groups coming in like that. We were unable to find a parking space and had to park in the grass there was so many people at one point.
I like the suites. Nice size for a family, and the kitchen is key!

Everyone was helpful even the kids and sometimes when younger people are working places they don’t always have a smile on their face, but they were very very sweet. GreatLocation close to town and like that it’s on the property with the grand Geneva and the holiday inn vacation club. However not allowed to use the pools at either of the other locations. All in all the room was very nice. Air conditioning worked wonderfully although somewhat erratic. And noisy. Little disappointed in the supplies in the room – kitchen. The coffee machine overflowed. There was only one fork in the utensil drawer the ice bucket was cracked , And we had to ask for a blanket for the sleeper sofa. I believe there was one on the bed that was folded into it but unfortunately I think it should be outside of the bed for sanitary reasons. We were given a room facing one of the small pools however nothing was mentioned at the check-in that pool closes at 4 PM. We went through the large water park area to the outdoor pool on the other side, And have to say that disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool. It was very cloudy and in the heat that’s not very healthy. As One of the restaurants we were going to eat at Intown was closed we decided to come back and eat in the timber Ridge facility. We went over to the barbecue restaurant and we’re seated on a banquette that probably seats six people right inside the door. The banquet seat was so cracked and in need of repair, and my sister sat on the other side and when she sat down the whole seat popped up. Also we asked if they had soup which is usually available and they said no they were out. Then we decided to have the rib dinner and the server after approaching us three or four times asking if we were ready, advised they were out of the ribs. We both worked in restaurants for over 35 years and it would’ve been helpful that when we sat down they told us that They were out of soup and also the ribs. We ended up not eating there. Again The room was very pleasant but unless the Holiday Inn or the Grand Geneva we’re not available we probably wouldn’t stay there again.
