Ladder to loft can be a bit tricky. A bit more disclosure on access to sleeping area is needed.

Excellent location, charming tiny house, good setup, easy check-in and check-out.

The main fridge wasn’t working so a small fridge took up extra space. The old fridge did cause a musty smell

It would be nice if there were some hooks on the wall below the electrical box. There weren’t any places to hang things - towels or jackets.

It was nice to have a small kitchenette. Basically have everything you need in the tiny house.

The only negative thing I want to adress is that the beds dont provide comfort. This is because a slatted frame is missing.

Need a snow shovel left for the porch and walk way or clear it when the parking area was done. Needs a mat or extra towel for wet shoes inside. Floor around mattress could use some extra attention to detail, hair and skin flakes and bug remnants on floor around mattress area.

Location, Parking area cleared of snow daily, cozy and warm. Clean kitchen and bathroom areas.

Loft bed was hard. There was a spare set of queen sheets, but the 2 twin futons were not made. There were no wash cloths, and only 4 towels and pillows.

Fun to try the tiny experience. Good location. Good communication from staff. Easy in and out.

There were blankets, just a thin cotton cover. It would have been so much better to have blankets and a duvet. I don’t like leaving excess heat on a night and it seems a huge waste of power.

The location was great for the event we were there for and for town. It was super clean and warm.

I don't think I realized how tiny the home would be. I fit in it fine, but my partner who is 6'2" had a tough time using the shower and climbing into the bed.

The location was great and the tiny home was well appointed and cute. The check-in process via the code was easy and straightforward.

--Con's: Not the cleanest (found hair in the refrigerator), virtually no WiFi signal, no handsoap for washing hands, somewhat pricey for being in a trailer park, no actual human onsite to help check you in. (Just an FYI, this is not a traditional hotel, but an AirBnB style short term stay where you are emailed a doorcode to enter the Tiny House upon arrival. I didn't realize this at the time of my booking on Booking.com, so you have to keep an eye out for emails that day of your stay to actually enter the Tiny House.)

++Pro's: Right off of the Main St in Leadville, 25 minute drive from Mt. Elbert Trailhead, showers, toilet, coffeemaker, mini refrigerator, A/C, microwave and Smart TV.

We never got the stove to work. Perhaps a small note explaining its instructions. In the same note perhaps an explanation on the TV. The downstairs bed was too high. It needs a step stool for people who are too short to get on it. Also, the window beside the bed needs insulation. It was VERY cold and drafty if you were laying beside it. We didn’t use the upper story bed because older people don’t want to climb a ladder. Didn’t see that in the description.

The house was conveniently located and suited our needs. The rental was very clean and well taken care of.
