The walls are thin and could barely get sleep because both sets of neighbors had kids that were up early in the morning making entirely too much noise

The fold out couch was uncomfortable. The table tops were glass that slid if you bumped into them (they weren't attached to the table frame). Carpets in master bedroom are ready to be replaced. Kitchen sink only put out cold water.

The cockroachs we seen we first got to the room outside not in the actual room..Kitchen xould have a few more pots n pans . The tv in master did not work can opener did not work. And the microwave did not go all the way around it stuck alot.

I was afraid beach was goi g to be to far it was not Didnt like being on the 11 floor but it was ok.

we were misled by your ad that it is a condo. We would say it is much closer to hotel/motel room. It had no kitchen, it just had a microwave and coffee pot. No place to clean the dishes. It had no silverware or coffee cups (it had only one coffee cup). Even a cheap motel provides a couple of coffee cups. It must have been a two-bedroom unit and they closed the connecting door and made two units. Well, we could hear our neighbors and could see the light under the door. Unfortunately for us, the neighbors had kids and they were running around the whole time. The carper was dirty' not sure the last time they shampooed it. I find this totally unacceptable given that they charge cleaning fee.

We left home around 7 AM the morning of our stay and I did not receive an email prior to that. We called on our way and had to wait over 20 minutes. We then hung up and chose new reservation option and then we got a live person. He gave us the code.

As a cleaning lady... I recommend cleaning all the finger prints off the windows.and livingroom mirrors..and possibly cleaning the face of cabinets in kitchen and baths. Especially with covid and making your renters feel good about there units being completely disinfected. Thank you lots for having us

Our condo wasn't the cleanest. The shower was gross and would not hardly drain in the master bath. The door fell off of the slide in the shower. The carpet was stained and looked like it had not been vacuumed.

The tram service, security was very nice. The view of the beach was good. The pools were nice as well.

I didn't like the furnitures in the apartment, they looked old and spots were all over. This owner needs to upgrade the furnitures and clean the bathroom properly.

1013 - 2nd bathroom toilet handle broken and tub didn’t drain well. Air conditioning and fridge upon arrival was warm. Worked on AC immediately and fridge the next day

Carpet needs replaced, springs coming out of the sofabed and bedroom set needs replaced in master bedroom. Overall was a very nice condo. Would be nice to have some amenities such as beach towels, chairs, etc.
