Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaCons: - Bed - extremely squeaky and on rollers so couldn't sit up and lean on the headboard without the bed moving - Room cleanliness - dust bunny visible under the bed otherwise it looked good - Room Appearance - Retail stickers still on fridge and coat rack, shotty budget maintenance and fixes throughout - Property Appearance - old foam mattress topper hanging over the fence, lots of weeds in landscaping, stacks of tiles and other repair gear throughout the parking area - Noise - Walls a thin and could hear neighboring room talking most of the night one night. AC/fan can drown out most sounds though - Bible - what is this 1950? bring your own if you want to read it. Don't assume I want one in two of my drawers. I don't!
As was expected for a budget motel. Pros: - Great Central Location - 5 mins walking to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, laundry, etc. - Price - unbeatable price for an expensive area - Parking - space next to my room every time I needed it - TV - large TV for room size

United States of AmericaThere were boxes of toilets and other random stuff stacked outside the rooms with no effort made to cover them up. The decor left a lot to be desired, and the main bed was weirdly pushed up against a window, and the curtains didn't completely cover it, so sun entered in the room way earlier than we wanted. Also...it smelled pretty bad in the main office, and each time we went in, there was nobody at the desk. Once I rang the bell and nobody answered.
Room was clean. This was the only motel where we stayed that had an outside electrical outlet. We were able to plug in our hybrid vehicle.

United States of AmericaYou can hear everything around you, parking was not always convenient, but considering the price and location it's hard to be too mad about it. Just know what you're getting yourself into for the money and the area.

United States of AmericaThe facilities were weird in that lots of parts were very recently redone and looked very nice. But then the furniture was basically garbage, like you would expect to find on the side of the road. The mattress was covered in stains and the sheets didn't really fit the mattress. There wasn't a fitted sheet and the bedding was all out of order as though they were trying to hide the fact that the blankets were stained. I think if I were to stay there again I would just bring my camping pad and my own blanket and set up on the floor. I had the thought while I was there that some motels should do that to save on cost and cleaning: just have nice, safe rooms but let people bring their own bedding. That way people wouldn't have to worry about the beds not being comfortable or clean. People like me who like a firmer bed can just bring futons or camp pads and people who like more squish can bring those modern air mattresses.
The motel is in a great location for my work. The staff were very communicative and helpful! My credit card froze just before my stay and they held my room and let me pay with my bank card when I arrived. My room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. I liked having the little coffee maker and microwave so I could have my meals there and get lots of sleep. The lighting and the big mirror were great for getting ready in the morning and doing makeup. The shower was lovely, decent pressure and plenty of hot water.

United States of AmericaI don’t like how the beds roll. They kept moving around and it wasn’t comfortable and very annoying. There was a bag of about 7 $1 bills, some candy, dirty rags, and an ebt card left in the room which made me think the housekeepers don’t thoroughly clean the rooms.
Very friendly staff. Helpful and considerate.
