You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt is apparent that they're not willing to invest $$ when making repairs and updates. Sloppy workmanship is visible. A very small, individual cup coffee maker provided but only enough makings for one cup of coffee in a room for 2 people. No wifi. Housekeeping did not come in the first day. Second day we left the room, and when we came back they had started to make up the room and left. When we came back 2 hours later it still was still in disarray. They were so busy cleaning all the rooms that had vacated and put ours off; then made excuses as to why our room was not made up.
Woman at check in was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaI had the sense that this was not a safe location, if you weren't cautious. The signs telling us to not be hanging out on the balcony helped that impression, and the noise at night. The room was made up of reused slightly worn furnishings. Stuff didn't quite match though an effort was made. It was "clean enough" but not around the edges. Maybe not attentive to details. The people in office were nice enough, but very separated from the guests.
It met my needs. It was available in a pinch. And it was, "clean enough".

United States of AmericaTown House Inn is like a cozy oasis right off I-55, and what's great is there are plenty of food options within walking distance. It's super clean and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep after enjoying a meal nearby. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need, like coffee makers and free toiletries. Plus, the staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing place to stay with lots of food choices nearby, Town House Inn is the spot for you!

United States of AmericaThe room was disgusting. The carpet next to the bathroom was sticky - The bathroom was very small, pee on the floor, toilet was gross - Was scared to take a shower. Lot's of outside noise (loud motorcycle pipes etc) until the morning hours.
Not one single thing! I could not wait to get out of the room - I will never, ever rent a room at this place agaion, not even if they paid me $250/night to stay - I'm serious...
