Bathroom was very small. No place to put toothbrushes or other necessities. Extra shelving would be nice. We did like the shower.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the beach down the same street. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a lift to go up and down as we were on the top floor. They provided a daily beach towel service

When I checked out on my last day I had two pieces of luggage, I was asked to pay $10 for storage ( i left it there for about 2 hours) . I used my credit card to make this payment. I observed I have been charged , $10 twice, to date I was not refunded the extra $10.

They've done the bare minimum in order to make money. The rooftop was closed and seems to have been for a while which was never disclosed until we tried to go up. Instead of making your poor staff walk to get guests ice multiple times per day, just invest in one ice machine available for guests to use. There's a thousand seating options in the lobby but none outside in front. The tv didn't work from the start. They just put up a sign downstairs apologizing with no resolution. Overall it just seems as though corners have been cut to get as much profit without investing in the property. It's sad because the location and potential are great.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Free bagels and coffee in the morning was a nice bonus. The location is ideal, you could not ask for a better spot in Miami.

There was no hot water the first day. The rooftop was closed and not available for access. Not everyone of the staff, but some customer service needs to be improved. It seems like I was disturbing the receptionist every time I had a query.

Location close to the beach and quite few shops and coffee shops around. Good location if using public transportation to and from the airport. WiFi was good and had a lovely coffee shop for breakfast included in the price.

Nice looking building in colonial style with good location, beach at 50 meters no road crossing necessary. Near by restaurants. Simple but nice breakfast, with baggles, muffins, coffe/Tea included, was not expecting it was a nice surprise. Excelent relation price/quality. Good internet speed and TV.

No parking. Had to walk to and from car for a high rate. The entrance smelled like gasoline.

Communication with staff needs to improve. We experienced an issue checking in which wasn’t resolved during our stay. Despite booking a penthouse room almost 6 months in advance and paying for the property in advance - the room wasn’t available for the first night of our stay, meaning our family needed to stay in a different room. The Penthouse was available from the second night. There was mention of a refund of the difference between the rooms on check in - however this wasn’t settled during our stay despite trying to speak with reception team about it. Disappointing really. I haven’t experienced this issue before.

While the room was clean, the walls are thin, and quiet conversations could be heard (and everything else) from the adjoining room. Maybe this is the case for my room as I noticed an adjoining door.
