Just felt small. Low ceilings added to that feeling. Room space was decent though.

The checkout time is not smart to clean in between for check in. Check in is at 3pm and for some reason it leave just a 3 hr window to clean everywhere and there was at least a 30-45min wait when we were there at 3pm to get to our room we were almost late to where we needed to go.

It was great to be right where we needed to be for our reason for traveling. The breakfast was a good variety and it was nice that the staff came to keep refilling the area. once we got to our room it was better than expected and nice to know we had utensils to use in the kitchen. Stinks one bathroom but survived!

Lack of parking and the carpet in the hallway smelled old and needs a good shampoo to lift up the odor it’s not that bad but you can smell it. The sofa bed was very hard it was like sleeping on a box spring.

The location was perfect because we were right by the AT&T Stadium. It was also very clean in our room. Also Anthony at the desk was awesome he was kind and helped us with any questions we had and even gave us recommendations.

sleeper sofa isn’t a mattress and it’s super hard. the couch part of it is actually softer. other than that the rooms are exceptional.

lots of space in rooms and activities to do. my kids loved the corn hole and basketball it was a nice addition to just the usual swim.

Although the family said it was good, we were disappointed in the breakfast selection.

We were quickly greeted and provided by the best customer service! Tara was very inviting and able to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond to make our stay great! The gentleman whom worked the evening shift, Devontae, was just as nice and accommodating as Tara.

Elevator was a bit sketchy and access from room to parking lot wasn't great. Sofa bed was odd in that the sleeping area was on the bottom.

Staff was fabulous. Beds were quite comfortable and rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was good with gluten-free options.

The only negative for us was there was a weird smell to our studio. We attributed that to the fact that the whole studio expect the restroom and kitchen area were carpeted so there must have been something that happened beforehand and the smell wasn't fully taken care of especially in the living room area and as you entered the studio.

The breakfast was the best part. Nothing compared to other hotels I have ever stayed at. The food was delicious and there was a good variety and the quality was excellent. The accessories offered were exceptional and the staff was very informative and affable! Overall it was a good stay. Great location and I loved that my family all got to stay together but we each had our own privacy at the end of the night with our own separate bedrooms in the studio.

We absolutely loved the 2 bedroom queen suite. Each couple had their privacy, and the room was spacious! The staff is wonderful.

Loved the breakfast and the location was close to where I needed to commute. The room had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay that made it feel like home. The bed was the best I've slept in and the staff was very helpful. I had left my keys one day and my phone the next and both times the staff had already collected it and kept it at the front desk.

Did not get the room we made reservations for months ago. We reserved a two bedroom suite with 3 beds. We went to our room and it wasn’t clean. Trash wasn’t thrown and beds weren’t made.The other room they moved us to had 2 beds and a sofa bed that was not comfortable for the individual who has back pain. We told the front desk and her reply was “ that’s all we have”. Never giving us the option to wait to check in so they can clean the bigger room with 3 beds that we paid for

Check in is at 3:00 PM, we arrived at 3:45 PM and we were told that our room was not ready. The lobby was filled with guests that were also waiting for their room to be ready. The front desk basically went in order of guests that were waiting and gave out the rooms in that order. Breakfast was unimpressive with hardly any choices or variety.

Location was great. Walking distance to Six Flags and very close to AT&T Stadium. Staff was very friendly. Shower was nice and very hot water.

the roaches

great location, the bed was super comfy; not so much for the 2nd queen which was a pull out. first night killed roach, also daughters killed roach in 2nd room. the said they would call pest control, which is great, this am killed 2nd roach! yesterday they did not come in to clean or replace towels, I’ve did after concert. the rooms were clean except for roaches. the staff at front was awesome and very nice!
