Surprise parking fee that started approximately 2 months ago. But how would I know if I booked 3 months ago. Netflix connection is not working Alternative door unavailable due to low batteries No dish detergent or dishwasher cleaner to clean dishes

The smell of the hotel and room was unpleasant. The pillows were great but the beds were uncomfortable.

We liked that they had two bedroom suites with mini kitchens.

We were traveling. It was our daughter's 14th bday and she wanted to have it at Medieval Times. The hotel was nice. The afternoon/evening shift was amazing and very informational about the area. We had a one bedroom suite which was nice and very clean. My husband was happy that the shower had great water pressure (Lol). The hotel is in a great location. The continental breakfast was very good. Our only complaint is that there were no extra sheets for the let out sofa... But I had read the reviews so we brought our own sheets. Also, the bed was horrible. It did not sleep well, but we were there for only one night so it served It's purpose. We also learned that this hotel is not under the Marriott franchise. So don't expect nothing more or nothing less.

The room was tiny but that was no one's fault. I booked the least square footage. If you are claustrophobic just be aware. No other complaints.

I forget the GMs name. Keith maybe? He is a treasure. Protect that man. Fantastic general location right near the mall and casino, you can walk over even. Room was very clean. Other staff I interacted with were friendly.

Entering an occupied room or a room forgotten by housekeeping. Flickering bathroom light. Having to leave to go home. I forgot to ask for a late check out... Zoom meeting! I shall see how well they accommodate my late request.

Professional staff Entry/Exit near my room. (Mood) lighting all over the room!!! Kitchenette was awesome. Clean. Moveable furniture (dining table/ottoman... just perfect. ======================== I was greeted by a kind young lady upon arrival. She quickly checked me in and handed me my keys to the 3rd floor. She gave me directions and off I went to see my room. As I entered the room, I noticed the television was on, the bed pillow was out of place, and the covers crumpled up, as if someone was napping there. The bathroom door was cracked, and the light was on. I exited the room quickly!!! I returned to the front desk and asked for a new room (on the first floor, as I did not want to keep carrying my laptop bag and overnight bag ( I always over pack).😉 The young lady at the front desk was apologetic and accommodating. My room was switched without incident. I quickly arrived at my first floor room and was pleased. It had everything I needed and more. The only issue was that one of the 3 bathroom lights continued to flicker on and off, similar to a disco light, and the 2nd light was blown out, it appeared. I simply unscrewed the flickering light to avoid vertigo (dizziness). 😁

The door of our room slammed extremely hard and my wife got her finger slammed in the door and broke her finger. There were no signs of how hard the door slams.

Noisy because if being next to a maintenance room. The refrigerator made noise. The TV picture kept going in and out.

I didn’t like the television. they should upgrade them. The light fixture hung from the ceiling was dangerous. Everyone walked passed it and nobody said nothing. I thought that was dangerous.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and when I arrived they had none available so I was placed in 2 rooms across from each other. I was even compensated for the inconvenience by the Assistant manager. Great place, very convenient across from the mall and good food.

Hotel in general is dirty looking in the halls and on the elevator. Almost outdated looking in a sense.
