Bed was horrible had a dip in it. Room wasn't cleaned all the way. House keeping never came. Stayed for a whole week and never saw the cleaning lady.

The bathroom towel rack was lying broken on the sink. The furniture was scuffed upa d ratty looking. Oneof the hallway lights was strobing pretty badly. A chair in the lobby had a sharp edge and cut my daughter's arm.

We didn't get breakfast even on mother's day,.

The front desk chic Ebony was rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was non-existent, no pool and no access to fitness center. People were smoking marijuana all in the parking lot

The rooms were clean and as shown in the pictures and facility was clean (except the laundry toom)

Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and was on for 20 minutes without being dealt with. Other people who stay there often said that this happens all the time. It was ridiculous and annoying. Also smell pot everywhere.

we didn’t have a shower curtain up in the bathroom. No blanket instead they had a curtain on the bed. The water was turned off in the morning w/o warning. it did come right back on after about 10 mins of me calling the front desk. the smell of cigarettes from the room downstairs was so bad that it was in all my clothes when I got home. I stopped smoking 4 yrs ago and all I kept saying is they better not say we were smoking in that room. they just need to make the whole hotel smoke free if the walls are that thin

I was supposed to have a 2 bedroom suite but was not made aware one wasn’t available until my check in time. The room door didn’t lock. I had to constantly slam the door multiple times to get it to lock securely. There was no clean towels of blankets available. I had to purchase my own at the door store. I was very disappointed but staff was pleasant.

They took me to arrest because the lady who does the check in, she didn’t want to let me check out later For people who know about hotels and like to spend money in good hotels, I do not recommend this at all, I was rude, unprofessional and offensive, the cleanliness and the treatment of the managers is super bad, I had to pay $700 to get out of prison because I think the police and the hotel have agreements on the people who can or may not stay there, They treated me like a criminal when I was supposed to only want to stay a couple of days and enjoy the visit to my friends
