There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay

The room was absolutely 💯 % worth every penny, for every room to have a full kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, & full size refrigerator) is amazing and is so convenient for people! We will be staying here again!!!

Towneplace suites of Boone is a very good hotel to stay at whether it be long term or short term your looking for this is the place, they took everything someone needs when traveling into consideration. They are also pet friendly which was a plus for us and the staff were very helpful and friendly to all our needs while we were theré. They don't harass you if your running a few minutes behind at checkout either which was very nice considering how most hotels are now days that will send housekeeping to knock on your door and call the room if your just 5mins later than checkout so that was awesome for me because I'm always running late for everything so that few extra minutes really does mean alot to people like me. One other thing that was very helpful was the onsite laundry facility which had several large washers and dryers compared to other hotels I've stayed at that only have one of each if any so that was nice considering that was the reason we really stayed there, were in the process of building a new home and have been living out of a camper on the property so we've accumulated several baskets of laundry and I can never find the time to go to a laundry mat with our busy schedules and all so it was nice having the laundry mat where we were staying so i could go back to my room and do other things I needed to do and it alerted my phone when it was finished and I wasn't having to stress whether someone was taking my clothes when I left them in there washing that was just another plus for me. So.. if you haven't stayed at town place suites of Boone yet then don't make the mistake of booking somewhere else because Towneplace is the place to stay!

Road noise is a problem if you're on the side near the street. The hotel is in a nook on a difficult intersection (hard to see) there were several accidents during our 3 night stay...besides the onslaught of loud trucks. Breakfast was actually kind of bad, the eggs and sausage were always wet. Pretty much kept to the muffins and bagels. Temperature control was hard in this room. The ac worked, but the thermostat would cut the unit off for a very long time after cooling down. Warming up the room, and not controlling humidity very well. It felt very hot at night. They have firm matresses, if you like that, great. I didn't sleep well. Dog fee is "$100/week" , pretty high. Normally a 3 night stay is $50-$75. 1 night-$100. 6 nights-$100....8 nights-$200. They don't make this public until you check in of course.

The room was very clean, and the staff was excellent. Location is great, not far from anything we wanted to do. If having a clean room is top priority, this one was great. I would stay again, but I'd look around before booking again. This was a last minute stay, and we didn't have many options. Cleanliness outweighs a lot of little problems for me. Biggest issue keeping me away was 3 nights of 4-5 hours of sleep. That road noise and weak AC really was a downer.

The aromas coming from the hallway was very strong. Could not pinpoint what the scent was. And also, there was someone smoking in a nearby hotel room which was coming through our vents. The pool stated heated but it must mean the room itself because the water was definitely chiller than what I expected to be "heated pool"

The breakfast was amazing. Alot to choose from and the attendant was there the whole time cleaning up and refilling. The view from the hotel room faced the mountains and was breathe taking. The desk staff was very prompt at helping when needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy too!!

No complaints whatsoever.

Facility clean and well maintained. Rooms are nicely furnished, functional, and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. No noticeable noise from outdoors, hallways, or neighboring guests. Entire staff is friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. Breakfast plentiful, good assortment, and items replenished as needed. Breakfast area very clean. Location is convenient to everything; shopping, dining, attractions, roads and highways. Parking lot well lighted. Would highly recommend & happily stay again.

I would have liked the room to be a bit larger but it was a wonderful stay.

Cleanliness is our top priority and the room was cleaned to our expectation. Loved the suite so we could prepare our own food. This is necessary because we have a lot of food restrictions on our family.

Everything was really nice the food was good the room was clean. The bed was comfortable when we first got there. They were the clerk that was sitting. Not at the front desk, but over in a chair. She seemed like she wasn't really feeling good. And she wasn't friendly at all. And but the next day I think she was felt a little better. But she really didn't show that she was glad we was coming to stay at her work place .The rooms have poor installation because we could hear people above us walking and moving things around.

the only negative I’d say about the property and this isn’t even their fault is I had a little confusion finding the “front door” cause it’s located at the back of the building

We love this place! This was our 2nd time staying here! Rooms are great, great location, staff was very friendly & helpful too! One of the staff even helped us jump our truck to get us back on the road! I don’t remember his name, but he drove a black Chrysler car. We will be back next year for our annual ski trip!

We had to move rooms due to the HVAC not working. In the first room, we needed heat, but the system only put out cold air. The front desk was very helpful and quickly moved us to a room across the hall. Glad there was another room available for our needs! Note in the new room, the temperature control of the bedroom heating system was difficult to manage the heat. For future visits, we would consider shutting off the heat overnight so we don't bake with the door closed! Recommend this hotel find an HVAC expert to better maintain the heating and cooling systems in rooms. We rented for an overnight stay (three of us). The bedroom was great and is an important part of our journeys. We typically travel with a third adult who needs to use the pullout sofa. This TownPlace hotel and many other Marriott properties use a terrible sleeper sofa mattress that is marginal for customers to use. Facilities with a bedroom door are helpful for families needing the extra bed. Those extra beds / mattresses need to be comfortable! We have used Extended Stay and Hilton Homewood Suites, and those properties typically have much better sleeper sofa mattresses.
