Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThis is a long term residence for many well paid construction workers. The kitchen and roominess was a nice flipside of this but the ambience is not vacation and leisure.

United States of AmericaThe hallways are dark and there’s no sign where the elevator was located coming from the door on the left of the building. Also during breakfast, the person who was at the front desk was also the one refilling the breakfast. So it took a while for some food to be refilled like bagels. We couldn’t wait for it to be refilled because we needed to check out at a certain time. We were also surprised that the comforter was thin, we would expect it to be thicker being in Denver. I think for an old hotel in a smaller town to be charged $143/per night is too much. I just found a $77/night in downtown Denver. I’m taking back my husband to Denver this December.
Close to the eating area and Walmart.

United KingdomFor a hotel of that standing and brand name, the breakfast was pretty poor., with limited choice and unappetising hot offerings.
Location was quiet and easy walk from local restaurants. We had a two bedroom suite with kitchenette, which was great.

United States of AmericaFor the most part there is nothing to dislike about the place. Maybe throw in some bagels with cream cheese as an option for breakfast.
The view is to die for, especially watching the sunset and rise on/over the mountains. The location is great surrounded by the mall and various restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The full kitchen was a plus and saved money from having to eat out all the time. The staff is super nice and very helpful.

United States of AmericaA) Chipped edge of wheeled table B) Missing top cap of right front leg of wheeled table C) Oven light for room 408 did not turn on D) Coffee maker heating platform was grimy and hard to clean off (still grimy when departed, room 408) E) Bathroom sink did not drain quickly, because it seemed clogged F) Bathtub stopper was not secured to an attachment point in the bath/shower (loose stopper chain, room 408) G) Circuit breaker door in room 408 had its opening lever painted over, so circuit breaker door could not be opened (need to apply some paint remover to the circuit breaker door's access latch, room 408) H) Some scratches of paint on the bedroom side of the half-height wall separating the kitchenette from the sleeping area (please repaint that part of room 408) I) Wainscoting at the bottom corner near the oven appears to be peeling away from wall (please repair-or-reattach securely) J) Tags on mattresses and on appliance cords (for irons, hair dryers, televisions, coffee makers, clock-radios, microwaves, lamps, air conditioners, etc) are unnecessary, and need to be removed before those items are distributed to rooms, to prevent difficulties with cord retraction and sticky cords K) Flat & fitted sheets + blanket for sofabeds could be more easily distributed, by having the 3 items - and possibly a pillow - put into a clear‐plastic, zippered bag L) A comforter issued to me was dirty (check for cleanliness of items before delivery to rooms) M) Door of room 408 had to be triggered three times, each time I tried to unlock it by keycard (front desk staff indicated that the battery for the door might have been failing; more-frequent check of door battery charge is needed as part of regular maintenance checks) N) Toilet did not have 2-volume flush buttons: one for low-volume flush, and a second for high-flush (other hotels have this feature for their toilets, which helps to reduce water consumption) O) Shower did not have 2 shower heads: one for handheld...
1) Liked dishwasher in-room 2) Sofabed in-room 3) Wheeled table is convenient 4) Television with access to free streaming services is a definite help 5) Shower had pump dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash 6) Bathroom closet had extra roll of toilet paper 7) Map of local area as wall display in lobby is helpful! 8) Key drop-off at front desk for quick check-out is convenient 9) Hallway phones for front-desk access are helpful 10) In-room phones that have the speakerphone capability are highly useful

United States of AmericaWe checked in on the day of the Marshall fire and paid for 7 nights. We had to evacuate and pay for another room that night. We returned the next day and weren’t told there was no hot water until after check-in. We stayed two nights with no hot water and on the second day there was a fire in the kitchen, had to stay out in the cold and snow for an hour. Then a water pipe broke so we left. We were offered no assistance on finding another place and Marriott customer service was no help. They held my money for almost a week, we’re finally refunded only to have the money taken out again. The money was returned a second time minus the two nights. They should have done the right thing and refunded the full amount!

United States of AmericaThe pool was not clean- it had green mold in the pool and many leaves in it. Garbage cans overflowing in pool area. We know it was an outdoor pool but walked to the outdoor pool at the next door hotel an it was amazing- wished we stayed there. The furniture-couch - pull out sofa and chair was worn and stained in our room. We were going to use the pullout sofa as a sleeping space but it was disgusting when we pulled it open. I put extra blankets on all furniture so we could feel comfortable sitting on it. Breakfast was not a good variety- poor quality. We left a day early because the amenities were not up to standard of their pictures on line.
Location. 2 bedroom suite. Housekeeping- clean other than furniture that I comment on in the Section of what we didn’t like. People working there were nice and helpful.

Location is good, and I would like to have kitchen (this time it is overnight and I did not need it, but I wanted to check out if we use for multiple nights)
