We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe shuttle (one reason choosing it compared to some nearby - there are about 20 all in one area.) didn’t come after 50 mins and two calls! A waste of time and $20 for an Uber. There is no food service so you need to use Uber eats or walk to somewhere nearby.

It is difficult to stand for t j e mirror in the bathroom and at the long mirror there is nothing to put makeup or anything on. Also in the bathroom have a shelf to put itms on like shaver, tooth brush, etc. This is very typical of most hotels.

IndonesiaIt was difficult to get a shuttle pick up from the international airport. Someone had to call the hotel for me to get a pick up and I waited nearly 1 hour. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was past 10pm, and there was only one staff doing the check in, and he had to field several phone calls as well. I had to enquire about check out time the next morning in the end.
Very comfortable room, large size, very well appointed kitchen. Standard bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated that the room was well soundproofed since this was close to the airport. Really nice lobby and good breakfast provided.

United States of AmericaThe airport shuttle does work very well. We had to call twice to be picked-up at the airport . When we finally arrived at the hotel at 8.30 pm tried to book a shuttle to the airport at 8.00 am and were told that the 7.30 am and 8.00 am were fully booked !!!!

United States of AmericaThey used some type of cleaning product or air freshener that created a very strong smell. Luckily we were able to open a window and air out the room.
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was full on the night we stayed, but we did not hear other guests. The breakfast was fine and the kitchen staff were very diligent about replenishing the food and keeping the dining room clean. The hotel is very close to DFW and had a free shuttle service that was quick and friendly. We were able to order food for delivery from a nearby restaurant, and they sold beer in the kiosk at the lobby (bonus!).

United States of AmericaThis cluster of close-to-DFW hotels has no restaurants nearby, meaning within a walking mile! We had to take an uber to get to breakfast and back---$20 more roundtrip! Staff at front desk didn't know where to suggest. If there had been restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, dinner in the walkable area, we would give this a 10. We were sort of trapped - delayed for 2 days on a connecting flight.
