The thermostat didn’t work properly. It was either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t get it right. Staff were nice & helpful. Breakfast was good.

The location is great for shopping.

The room overall looked clean when we walked in. However, during the night, the thin, yellow, decorative spread that covers the white bed linens, slipped off the bed. When I put it back on, I noticed a large area of blood on the underside. I notified the front desk at check out. I left a review with the hotel, but this morning I received an email from a hotel rep named Lori, basically calling me a liar because they "only have white linens." Now, I'm making a more public review of the hotel.

Needs better attention to cleanliness- closet had a strange smell, glasses had lipstick on them, AC unit had stains, tile floors in common areas and elevator doors were not cleaned during the stay.

Staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Great amount of room in our Queen Suite. Breakfasts were good (and the breakfast area was clean).

The primary reason we returned to this location was to take our daughter swimming for her birthday and the pool heater was broken. Breakfast was alright, the juice machine never worked.

The dishes and silverware were very dirty. Previous occupant put everything back without cleaning it. Previous occupant's hair ties and bottle caps on the floor.

Check-in was not until 4 PM. Arrived 45 minutes early and room was not yet available. Room was small for a suite and sofa was not in a convenient spot. Noise from above tenants was bothersome. Could hear footsteps in early evening.

The room was a little cramped. We were using the sofa bed, which, when opened, butted up against the end of the king bed. To get out of my side of the bed, I had to climb over the ends of both beds.

They had a very nice breakfast with lots of options. The pool was on the small side, but my grandchildren were often the only ones in it, and they loved it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of parking. The elevators were quick and the water pressure in the shower was intense!!!

This place desperately needs an update. Chipped paint, grim along different surfaces (bathroom corners and closet doors), outlets were old (apple plugs wiggled in plug), tv service was the most basic I have seen in years, and the breakfast mediocre. Very disappointing for Marriott.

The concept of the suite was nice. It was great for us as a family to help with our young child. Location was great being about 20 minutes from the beaches and the Mall was next door.
