Parking. Couldn’t believe that there wasn’t enough parking. We had to park across the street. Very frustrating. You would think a new hotel would have enough parking.

The parking is quite inadequate for the size of the hotel. Depending on its occupancy and when you arrive, you may not find a normal parking spot. It's not a major hassle, as there is plenty of space that belongs to neighboring hotels. Just ask for a tag to put on your dashboard when you check in. All the lamps, i.e., the bathroom, kitchenette, the overhead lamps, and even in the closet are warm, bright and welcoming. But the lamps over the nightstands are daylight blue and exceptionally dim. What are you thinking?!?? C'mon, MAN! Having your room serviced daily seems to be a thing of the past. The staff at the front desk will happily take your request for daily cleaning, but execution is hit or miss.

I've stayed here a few time, so I know what I'm getting: clean, comfortable accommodations at an acceptable price. They have a selection of munchies for purchase, including ice cream. There's a nice fitness room and a smallish indoor swimming pool. I like the kitchenette with a fridge that has a real freezer, a dishwasher, stove, even plates, glasses, flatware, a selection of pots... the works. I like the work table and adjustable chair. There's also a nice, 2 person sofa in the room. Complementary bottled water and fruit by the front desk is a nice touch.

I am not sure who the lady is who cleans/mops the floors stocks the breakfast but she is very very unpleasant! Not what I want to wake up to is a unfriendly staff member. She basically pushed me out of the way while I was making a waffle for my daughter to clean it. She made me take out my waffle by waving a butter knife at me (it wasn't how my daughter likes it). All the while NOT speaking a single word. Her looks alone were enough to get the point! She stared my girls down when we came out of our room to go swimming from the other end of the hallway..holding her mop. My oldest said to me she was afraid of her which made her feel uncomfortable and rightly so. She was just not personable at all and for that reason alone we will go to another location next time. The bed was awful it was so hard.

I was very clean and the front desk clerk at check-in was very nice. Very relatable and made us feel welcomed. Checkout was quick smooth and easy. We went to enjoy the last weekend of spring break. I wanted to let my girls swim and they loved it. A hot tub would have been amazing after sleeping on such a hard bed.

The washer and dryers could have been better, maybe if you could use a card to pay instead of having to locate lots of quarters. There could have been more tv stations. The gym was small with limited equipment to work out with.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but I’m sure it was a result of COVID restrictions. The front desk would benefit from a bell, we had to wait for another employee to go to the back to find the front desk clerk in order to check out.

What I didn't like is that I woke up the second night in our new room with bites all over my body I even showed pictures to the hotel saying look I think you have bed bugs cuz my body had bites all over it and they brushed it off like no it doesn't if you're a reward member I give you a couple points for another stay but why would I want to stay in a hotel where I got bit up by bed bugs and they didn't even care horrible customer service I would never recommend anybody to stay in that hotel!

The breakfast was a real disappointment. It was poor quality and few options compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at nearby for a similar price. The bed was comfortable but the sofa was not.

The location was good. It was a 2 minute walk to a super Meijer store with a Starbucks inside. It had quick access to the airport, major roads and a highway to get to other areas quickly. The shuttle to the airport was great and starts at 4:30 am.
