We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe checked in the same time a softball team checked in You only have ONE front counter employee. We waited a half hour with all our luggage to check in. I felt bad for your very nice, but extremely busy front desk worker. He was very sweet.

The customer service was excellent. The room was not only in excellent condition but had everything my family needed, including dishes and silverware. We also like the modern look of the whole building and we also had enough parking. We're usually uncomfortable at hotels because thousands of people stay in the rooms but the staff did an excellent job of cleaning and making us feel at home.

I liked the King suite layout. i also thought the lobby, breakfast area and fire pit was nicely laid out. the staff was responsive when the asked how the stay was and I explained that the water was warm, not hot. He quickly checked the boiler and we both concluded that it was likely the 20 or so athletes woke 30 minutes before me and consumed most of the hot water.

United States of AmericaGround floor room for the dog also meant when the window shades were open people in the parking lot were visible and could possibly see into our room. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of dish soap too!
We were traveling with an infant, so to have a separate bedroom for her to sleep in while we enjoyed watching tv and relaxing was very convenient. We also had our dog and the hotel is set up nicely for walking him around outside.

My son stayed there one more day than us and saved $300 off his rate!! When I called your customer service they said your company didn't offer those discounts!!😠😡
