freshen up the rugs or whatever was musty in there. Check the bathroom fixtures for leaks and drainage issues and change the flat hook on back of door to an angled one so that things don't keep sliding off to floor. Most DANGEROUS thing was that over sized tv sitting near counter so close to the bed that we ran into a few times trying to get in/out of the side of the bed. Please figure out a better place to locate it. CASHLESS means no laundry without charging the $2.00 to your phone! OR BRING YOUR OWN QUARTERS!

Location was great for what we came to do. The kitchen area was good, and the bed was comfortable. I heard no complaints about the sofa bed either. The kitchen did take up a lot of floorspace so the bathroom was a bit small. We had ground floor rooms so we had to leave the ac on to keep the musty smell away. Breakfast was good.

The room was very nice and really liked how the bathroom was not in one of the bedrooms so it was alot easier for everyone when getting ready. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like that my room door was faulty. It didn't lock right when closed. On another occasion I got locked out. I think the interior could use some updating, refreshing.

I liked that my special request was honored and the clerk checked with me that it was fine upon check in. I liked that breakfast was served. And I liked that the room was clean and well stocked when I arrived.

The rooms are clean and generally comfortable, though this time our mattress seemed to sag toward the middle.

the location is about 10 minutes from DFW which is important to us as we usually arrive late and leave early. The property is very clean and quiet. Staff are always helpful and pleasant.

I didn’t like that the hotel only offered queen beds. My husband is 6’4” and he couldn’t get comfortable.

The property is a stone’s throw away from Benihana and therefore it lends itself to be in a great location. There are also a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

Was not sure how the room service worked regarding clean towels needed the next day or room service for making up the bed or trash removed from room. Otherwise my stay was good. Would definitely stay again. Desk attendant on the morning of my check out on Sun., December 3, 2023 was very courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you.

was not a huge fan of the pool, only because it was so small. when we went there were two other families in there a toltzl of about 10 people including us and it was so cramped and awkward.

We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast due to our schedule, but the rooms were very spacious and you definitely did not have the feeling being stuck in a box.

The refrigerator made a weird noise that was a little distracting when trying to go to sleep.

The only issue I had was that I didn’t sleep too well. The bed was very stiff and there were a few noises here and there in the hallways at night.

Great location, close to everything I needed. staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was large and had a nice layout with a kitchenette, and everything was very clean.

The staff were great. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We were stuck in town a couple days due to a storm and they allowed us to reserve an extra night and then cancel without penalty when we found out we were able to get a flight home. The location is ok. Fairly close to the airport and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast wasn’t anything unusual but it was nice that it went a bit longer than many hotel breakfasts do.
