Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My ONLY complaint was that the surrounding area seemed to not be in the best of town. But a hope right over the interstate crossing and you're downtown!! So problem solved!!!!
The studio was amazing, and allowed my wife and I to get a feel for what it would be like to live our dream of living in a hugh rise studio apartment in the big city!!! We loved our stay!!! The staff was amazing and treated us like family!!!

Location wasn’t prime (meaning not on Broadway) but that’s ok! It was my first visit to Nashville and I was unfamiliar with the layout of the city. With that said it was a very quick ride to any destination, the staff helped us figure out where we were going, and the hotel was a mere 18 minutes to the airport! I’d happily stay again.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Helpful with suggestions and the hotel was very clean. The staff made the stay what it was and I was quite impressed.

Room should have safe.
Breakfast was adequate. Eggs were tasteless, but quiche was good, as were scones. Could have regular yogurt, in addition to fit yogurt. Location was good, but valet parking as the only option is restrictive. Also, ad on booking.com does not state that parking will add $40 to stay. Kitchen was extensive, but refrigerator was not well calibrated. It froze food.

My bill was suppose to be $158 with taxes included. We got there and it was Valet ONLY. I've never used a Valet and prefer to park my own vehichle. And they charged me $40 with no other choice. My bill was $210 which wasn't expected. It's in a shady area. Every buisness had tall chain link fences. To lock up at night. Which tells me it isn't a safe area. But to get to the rooms, you had to have a room key. The elevator wouldn't go up to the rooms without a swipe of the card which made me feel safer. You wouldn't want to walk that area at night!
It wad clean. The staff was amazing in every area. The beds are comfortable

Was a bit far to walk to sights but the Lyft codes made this a non issue.
Comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Liked that they offered Lyft discount codes due to location. Valet was very attentive.

We had a minor plumbing problem. We reported and were told that it would be checked out while we were out of the room, and we would be moved if it were not resolved. We got back to the room late, and as I stated, it was minor, so even though it wasn't resolved, we decided not to move. I just think things like this should be addressed in between bookings. Other than that, I think that this was a great hotel and would recommend it.
