You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMy boyfriend had a pretty off interaction with the lady in charge of the breakfast. She was very rude to him. For everything he did she was there saying stuff to him about not leaving stuff out and needing to clean up. As soon as he took out two slices of bread she was standing right on him telling him he needed to keep it closed. Did not sit well with me so I went down with him to get another plate. She did not give him a good look and I don’t appreciate that . That was my only issue everything else was Great the other staff were so kind.
So clean, in such a good area. Yes there’s a freeway but you can barely hear anything. The rooms are so nice and spacious , for a small room big fridge, stove and dishwasher is a good deal. So many things near by like restaurants and stores. Friendly front desk lady. Free breakfast

The location was Great right near the freeway. The facilities were clean and the studio was absolutely amazing with a great view. The studio was spacious and very clean. The manager Daniel went beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant excellent customer service.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is spotless, the management is on-site, they were extremely accommodating when we needed to add another bed for my grandson 1 night. the free breakfast is open for 3 hours and has a delicious array of foods. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks cleans and well maintained.
