Horrible coffee. Small, low depth, indoor swimming pool (good for small kids or for adults who just want to sit in the water). Garbage outside rear entrances were overflowing on Monday & not emptied until Tuesday evening.

Loved the convenient location; close to many restaurants & fast food franchises, as well as, Gas stations, CVS, Target & Walmart + Westfield Mall & Galleria, Cinemas & Golf. Excellent refrigerator w/freezer, kept things cold & froze our ice water bottles quickly…especially during a heatwave. Great auto temp AC in bedroom & living room area. Flexible desk table that can be moved & used for a dining table too.

The hours of the pool that were posted said open at 6am, but it did not open until 9am.

Good atmosphere. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and good proximity to Thunder Valley Venue (for the concert we attended). The breakfast was one of the better hotel provided breakfasts we have had. Thanks! We will stay here again the next time we go to a concert.

excellent place BUT the ceiling was not soundproofed - the upstairs guests’ footsteps were VERY loud and made for an uncomfortable stay.I have never experienced that at a hotel.

Very busy weekend and booked a 2 bed suite. However the reservation was changed somehow and wasn't able to get a different room. That has never happened, will chalk it up as an outlier.

Always try and stay here when we are in the area.

Only reason for a 9 is that we didn't have an opportunity to use the facilities (pool, gym, outdoor area), so I won't dignify this question as all was too well.

We had a one night stay prior to the Christmas holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the location to not only our final family destination, but to food and drink, shopping, gas and grocery. The room was fantastic with the kitchenette fully functional and the generous room size. Modestly decorated yet extremely comfortable with couch pillows and tv trays. The staff was kind, smiling/happy, assertive and knowledgeable. A gem to find.

Great location , clean, comfy beds, and friendly staff! Would come again with my family ! They were very on top of it. We arrived late and they had everything ready to go including making sure our rooms were equipped with a pack and play!

The pull out bed needs to be replaced. The mattress was badly stained and just looked very unappealing so we out two sheets over it. It was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs so I woke up with a sore back. The elevator is very small. Just the 3 of us in it took up all the space inside. For a 2 bedroom suite, it would have been nice to have double sinks in the bathroom or separate bathrooms for each room.

Location was good. About 10 mins from ThunderValley Casino. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. We got a 2 bedroom suite with a full little kitchen area which was nice.

Bathroom smelled funny like a glue or paint had been used recently.

Nice size room with decently sized mini kitchen. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was also decent and plentiful.

pool was not good, should be a spa instead, ok for little kids. There was a what looked like blood stains on my sheets, I couldn’t find anywhere on my body that could have caused it. Exhaust fan for stovetop should vent outside- room continued to smell like the delicious ‘Father’s Day’ ribeye steak I made. Sorry.

Breakfast Becky goes out of the way to provide exceptional customer service; Really pleased with breakfast! Room was very comfortable & well equipped for cooking. Front desk staff are all excellent _thanks.

The breakfast was good considering the current Covid19 restrictions. The lady managing the dining hall was great, always smiling and making sure everyone is ok. The guy who checked us in was great too! Very friendly
