You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location, worked perfectly for a quick stop on a long quick trip.

United States of AmericaRoom was ok, but wasn't cleaned well. Hair on shower wall, mirror, etc. Baseboards & corners not cleaned week. Bathroom was subpar overall. Needs deep clean or remodeling upgrades in general. Baby roach in shower in the middle of the night.

The space in the living room was a good size but the kitchen lacked counter space. Our stove didn't work (oven or cooktop) so we resorted to grilling out during our stay which had nice accommodations for doing so. Brenda and Sharon were great during breakfast and checked in with us each morning. They kept the breakfast area stocked and well cleaned.

I was very disappointed because of the money I paid for this room. We have stayed at cheaper hotels with serving of eggs, bacon and sausage, and even waffles.

United States of AmericaWhere do I begin?? There were holes and cracks all in the walls and ceilings, baseboards were filthy nasty, curtains were hanging off and broken, mold in the shower. This hotel was old and nasty!!! The pictures online looked good. Why I booked. They are edited to look good. I have no idea how anyone could give this hotel a decent rating. Trust me when I tell you to pay more somewhere else!!! Staff was friendly but the place was nasty. DO NOT waste your money here!!
