We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe space between the shower doors left an awful water mess on the floor while in use. Soaked a whole towel to clean it up.
I loved how it felt like home with the little kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the convenience of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaAlthough we liked the two bedroom concept, the one bathroom is small for 4 people to share. Might not have been so bad if there were at least 2 sinks to get ready. The fact that the bathroom fan was not working also made it an uncomfortable situation. There is an employee shortage, so we were informed at check-in that there would not be services to the room - so no trash pickup, no fresh towels delivered, no paper products delivered, no beds made up. No service but the cost remained the same.
The location was very close to freeway, restaurants, and sites. We liked the idea of the two bedroom for our two families that stayed. The kitchen was great. Actually has a little stove as well as good sized refrigerator. Breakfast in the morning was a nice feature.
