Mattress on the bed was not comfortable..

Very nice staff, l9ved that water and coffee was available all day, very clean. Loved the patio with the fire pit. Safety was great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, neat, and very maintain. We absolutely loved the breakfast that was offered during our stay. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was a TON of bugs outside the property. It was kinda a turn off however the inside was clean and bug free, I was very impressed.

I loved how nice and clean it was. The room was stocked with everything needed to cook, it was just really comfortable.

People sitting out front smoking, not the hotel’s fault people are still dumb enough to smoke cigarettes but perhaps usher them to a hidden away nook at the far end of the hotel.

A bulb blew in our floor lamp. I took the blown bulb to the front desk to get a replacement bulb. We never got a bulb.

We stayed one night on our way to Disney. The hotel was clean and the room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

First, the keypad to our room didn’t work. We had to go back to the desk 4 times to get it fixed. They eventually had to replace the batteries in it. Second, the metal pieces in the room had rust spots on them. You could tell the room holds a lot of moisture. We also could tell that the curtains in the room had been exposed to a lot of moisture. The sheets on the bed weren’t a issue but they were not as clean as we are use too when I stay at an hotel. The recliner had stains all over it. The bathroom was definitely not the cleanest. The shower had stains on the he sealant around the tub, the bottom of the toilet had a rust stain, and the bottom of the mirror you could tell had been exposed to alot of moisture. The tub drain didn’t work so we were not able to take a shower because we didn’t want to stand in dirty water.

Unhappy with rooms. We traveled to meet up with a longtime friend and planned to have a surprise birthday gathering in the room. Those plans changed because Rooms floors were filthy. We had 2 rooms 326 & 328. Both rooms were gross. We have a 1 year old and he crawled on carpet and legs were BLACK. The tile part at entryway was so sticky/dirty shoes stuck to it. Was not comfortable for us to lounge around room and enjoy ourselves. On top of that the hallway smelt of wet dog from another guest a few doors down. Breakfast was 7-10. They were serving ready-made waffles, pastries, yogurt, and breakfast sandwiches. We got there around 8:30 and they had run out of bfast sandwiches and waffles. Had to wait for them to prepare food.

Rooms were spacious. Grounds were manicured.
