I didn't partake in breakfast as I was just making a stop on a road trip to FLA. Having said this, the location was farther off the 95 than I thought... my fault for not looking more closely.

I had difficulty getting in and out my room the first night...and next morning. The door had damage around the frame which was transparent. The door could not automatically close. We spent at least five minutes trying to close the door. The young receptionist claims she didn't have anymore rooms and she did not come up to inspect the door. It was too late to for me find another hotel. The next morning we had difficulty exiting the room, entering the room and locking the door again but this time a new receptionist came up to inspect the door and could clearly see there was damage around the door frame. She then gave us a different room. I explained my concerns about not feeling safe in such as room. This young lady was far more professional. She listened and was accommodating. I commented to the receptionist that checked us in, if there was any record of the door being damaged because we never should have been given that room and she said no. My interaction with all the other staff was nothing less than awesome: breakfast staff;housekeeping and receptionist.

Had stayed at Marriotts previously and was pleased. This hotel needs a little maintenance. The furniture has been around awhile and looks it. The kitchen also needed attention. For example, if you open the dishwasher and don't support the door, it falls away from the kitchen cabinet because it is not attached to anything.

Good location for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed.

Our room reaked of something cooking. I guess another room had something but it smelled so strong our room was filled with it. I was pretty disappointed in breakfast. It was just a to go bag of either a sausage or chicken biscuit. We stayed the last two days at much more affordable hotels and had a hot breakfast avaliable. We were also charged a $75 fee for our pets.

Comfortable bed. Lobby had hot coffee all evening and a nice roaring fire going on a cold night. The staff was very friendly.

I didnt like the africa America 🇺🇸 morning 🌄 shift ladies they were not professional as explaining when my deposit be back on my bank card she said she was the morning manager that i didnt like how she was talking to me about my refund i book with yall it was 178 but when you get there its 203 usa dllars that they try to take twice so no u was very upset with that..

I did nlt understand breakfast they go be hide a door closed ot and then bring u a bag with dry biscuit sausages biscuit i just cooked my self in the room since it was a kitchen in the room

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like about my stay. Everything was perfect.

The staff was outstanding especially Alexa at the front desk. She checked me in and out. Very nice and friendly! Also the room, I loved the room!

It’s a little dated. You can tell the rooms are getting old. There’s rusting on some fixtures and the AC units look like they’ve been through it. There is also a musky smell in the rooms and the hallways

The location is good and staff were very nice. I like how the rooms have a mini kitchenette. It’s ideal for long term stays.

Sofa bed, not so much but we made it work for 2 nights. Probably time to replace it. Slept best unfolded.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the whole place was very clean. King size bed was comfortable. Pool and fitness room were clean and worked out well.

The dishwasher was broken, the ac was broken, the doors were broken, the cupboards in the kitchen were broken. The breakfast was disappointing, and was served microwaved egg and sausage. I did not eat it. For the price being charged, it is nowhere near the standard it needs to be. I would highly recommend against coming here. The area it is in, is a low class neighbourhood. The entertainment I did have was the end of a police chase outside the hotel. All doors are locked to get into the hotel, which tells you about the neighbourhood. Look elsewhere if you can, stay in a different town perhaps. This was the most expensive hotel I found and it was at best motel quality. Very disappointed.

The bed was comfy and that was about it.

There was hair in several places of the room that was there when we arrived. The tub did not drain at all. Pet fee was way too expensive for an already expensive hotel
