The hot tub wasn’t working in the breakfast was horrible

We took a family vacation and I am mother of 10 children and really just wanted the hot tub. That’s why I picked this location. The hot tub was broken and I purposely called a head to make sure it was working. The hot tub itself had water in it and it was hot but the Jets were not working. I was really disappointed.

The property was in a great location, and the rooms were very clean.

The two bedroom suite was just a tad smaller in size than we expected, but it was certainly adequate to meet our needs. There's not much room to just sit and relax all in one space, together, though. (5 of us). The refrigerator was awkwardly located in the kitchen. The bathroom sink facet needed an aerator and splashed all over the place when attempting to wash up. Not a big deal, just inconvenient.

Convenient to our destination, located close by. It was clean and tidy, and the pull out couch was made up and ready to go. Breakfast was very nice, with various tasty selections. Easy to unload our luggage with the carrier readily available. Checking in and out was quick and efficient.

During my 2 night stay the cleaning service never came to take out the garbage or clean up while we were out.

That it was located around a lot of food areas. The hotel room was exactly how it was shown in the pictures.

It was close to the places we needed to go. The breakfast was really good, they had a variety of things you could choose from. Will stay there again. I've stayed many of times before. I love the hotel and its loxation

The carpet was somewhat worn and dust build up in some places. The furniture was definitely worn. For the price, I definitely expected better. Although the flooring in the bathroom was wood, that too was dirty and hair was on the floor. The lobby was not welcoming and needs to be updated. They served breakfast, however the dining area needs updated as well.

The beds were comfortable and the room smelled clean. There was a full sized refrigerator and oven.

the main meeting area could have been freshened up a bit. I had to go to the Towneplace in Mechanicsburg for a breakfast meeting and even though it was essentially the same hotel, the one in Mechanicsburg felt roomier and the general meeting area was much nicer. we had a large group - Mechanicsburg Marriott would have been a better choice.

IHOP and Waffle house were not clean restaurants, Denny's is worth the trip for breakfast.

My second trip to Harrisburg this year, interstate was backed up due to construction all day which gave us the opportunity to take scenic routes to our destinations. Best inconvenience that ever happened.

Room smelled of smoke. Told the front desk as soon as we checked in so we wouldnt be held responsible for the smell and attendant gave us 1 night discount. Kudos. Would def. stay at property again based on customer service.

Only issue was our door to enter the suite, it was hard to open.

EVERYTHING! Friendly staff, everything was clean and breakfast was great. The room size was nice and spacious, we didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay here again!

There were laundry and trash containers in the hallway on the first floor my entire stay. It was smelly and an eye sore. It pool area needs a lot of work. The breakfast was horrible.

I loved the hardwood floors in the room and it was spacious.
