We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaDidn't know until arrival they didn't accept cash for payment, which is what I had, used my debit card, but was a major hit to my bank acct with $ for my trip. Some lights were out in the bathroom (only one worked so not much light) & sink faucet was leaking (running into the sink, not the floor so not a huge deal), tub faucet was loose from the wall (but still worked), no light in the closet & is much needed. Lamp & outlet by the bed didn't work, but discovered it was just unplugged behind the nightstand, so fixed myself. A/C in bedroom wouldn't keep up, had to leave bedroom door open to stay cool, the one in living room was fine. Reported the bathroom lights & sink issue & told the maintenance man had a family emergency & was off that day & the next, so nothing could be done. The desk clerk said she didn't know where the bulbs were to give me to fix myself. Next day a different clerk found the bulbs & fixed the bathroom light issue while we were out. But there should always be a backup maintenance man available on site for issues. But nothing major that would keep me from staying again. Overall good experience.
Location, reasonable cost, nice room, kitchenette was main reason selected that room.

United States of AmericaRoom we got had a TV that didn't worked at all, called the hotel manager and no answer and were told to go thru booking.com to get it solved, with two little kids you need tv specially after a long drive, also the breakfast runs out fast we got there at 8:20am and they had no bacon, no coffee, nothing but oat milk and cereal and some bagels by then.
Front desk personal was great as well as maintenance manager, room was super clean, beds were comfy

United States of AmericaThe teeny tiny sink makes is hard to wash dishes (but better than no sink at all!) The living room chair was very old and sagging. Just make sure you bring a couple extra pillows and it's fine though.
I always like to have at least one bed in a separate room so my youngest can sleep well. The full sized dining table was a pleasant surprise. And having a working kitchen makes the trips much more affordable.

Decent location. Room was a good size. Not much further passed the busy highway and streets of the mall and restaurants but well within a 10 minute drive. Closer to Space Center and lake amenities.

United States of AmericaThe property had trash everywhere. The room it self, while very well equipped, but was not comfortable. The couch and chair had broken springs breaking through the cushions. The dishwasher in the kitchen flooded the floor becasue it was not hooked up correctly. Finally the flooring was horrible. The carpet needed to be cleaned and the laminate floorig was all peeling up from the bathroom and kitchen.
The staff (except the General Manager) was amazing. They were all very helpful in helping us. I really want to focus on Oliva, Becca and Eddie becasue they were awesome in helping us get settled and trying to fix the room. The general manager is new and she is not very personable.
