You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaDid not realize there was only one day of housekeeping for an entire week of stay. Our housekeeper, Brenda, did a nice job when she did it on Wednesday though. They held an extra $800, not including room stay, on our credit card that the front desk said was for incidentals. I worried for the remainder of the stay that we would get that money back after my credit card company alerted me. Seemed quite excessive.
The breakfast was fantastic most days. Location was great as we were visiting family who live in Richlands. Saltwater pool was nice. Front desk tried to be helpful, to the best of their ability.

You also had a daily parking fee ($3.87/day). Seems like in this day those would just be incorporated in the cost of the nightly rate.

The manager took care of us on that end. The beds were comfy, but the bathroom was dirty and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.
