Never slept in this kind of sofa bed, very hard.

Housekeeping didn't come once during our 3 night stay. There was a trail of kitty litter down the hall for almost a whole day. Old ice cream was left in our freezer. There was no water at breakfast or in the fitness center - not even a standing water machine, very weird. There were reservation and payment processing issues with the system that were frustrating to try and work through.

The staff was helpful. The common areas were clean and the breakfast selection was impressive. The room was a good size for this family of 5.

People jimmying the side door so they could get back in. Whole place looks/feels a little uncared-for; eg. carpet on the steps is pulling away from the edges, patches made in closet but not painted, one window screen was broken, another missing (that latter is quite illegal).

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pool wasn't in the same building or hotel. I was really disappointed because we wouldn't let our teens go over alone

The sweet was lovely and perfect for us 4. We even cooked cookies at night! The most comfortable beds!

The pool was closed sign said under repair was never mentioned when I booked hotel , checked in at around 7:00 pm at night waited 15 minutes for someone at front desk. Finally I went looking and found one employee behind a cracked door to check me in. Waited another 15 minutes for elevator an employee was vacuuming it and holding it at 2nd floor.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and sheets soft. Full functional kitchen. Bathroom clean with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner pumps filled. Good location with stores, gas, and grocery stores nearby.

The hotel was central to the things that i came to New Hampshire to experience. The breakfast was NOT the best, but our room had a kitchen so we cooked our own.

pool was down, did’t give us a trash bag when we left the trash outside door. with no house keeping during stay should at least provide at least two rolls of toilet paper, few extra towels, and trash bags. just a suggestion. and people don’t clean up after dogs! gross.

The full kitchens and the employees at the front desk could not have been nicer. always a pleasure to walk in.

The room was very tired and worn feeling, as was the lobby. . The furniture was arranged in a very strange manner and it was cramped. It was hard to move around - the TV blocked one side of the bed. It wasn’t super clean in the bathroom or kitchen either. It was ok for a night, but seemed very overpriced for what we got. We didn’t need a kitchen, but if we had, it was very cramped and I don’t know how we would have managed. Really no need for the full size oven they had in a room that size.

The property was convenient to the airport. They had stopped running the shuttle but arranged for a taxi to pick us up, which they paid for. I was grateful because I had been told the shuttle would be available and based my booking on that information. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The property was very conveniently located, 2 bedroom suite fit us comfortably for the 3 nights we stayed there. Kitchen was very convenient that made easy for eating in the room rather than having to eat out every night so much easier with kids.

No lawn maintenance and grass was very high. It was tick season which was a problem with all those dogs. Also a lot of people not cleaning up after their dogs so there was dog poop virtually everywhere outside.

Centrally located near Southwillow Street and shopping/restaurants. Nice little kitchenette. Very pet friendly.

I didn't like that we were there for four nights and never got housekeeping, even after asking twice. I didn't like that they said it was a queen bed, when it was actually smaller. I didn't like that they said there was a pull out bed (from the couch), but actually you just sleep on the couch cushions rearranged to look like a mattress and there aren't any sheets that fit since it isn't actually a bed. I didn't like that the employee ran my credit card, without confirming the amount or what she was running it for. Come to find out, she ran it for over $900 even though I had already paid for my room and then didn't give me a receipt after asking for one.

The room size is amazing! We had a wonderful stay with other travel baseball families. The hotel was so accommodating with extending the time we had to get out.
