The TV was small, that was the only downfall and I feel like the kitchen should have brighter lights.

I love that the TownePlace had a conscience spot in the place. I was very comfortable. It's was clean. The location is by so many stores including CostCo! I love that it had breakfast as well. Staff was helpful and polite.

The room definitely had some dated qwerks - a rip in the carpet under the desk, paint chipping in the bathroom - but nothing terrible.

The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. The room was nice for a few days and breakfast was decent, with oatmilk being the standard cereal milk! The staff were also incredibly friendly. Location wasn't bad, but nearby to a small park and shopping center.

Upon arrival there were icy spots in the parking lot where people had brushed their cars off and it melted and refroze making walking hazardous. Upon entering room it looked very dated and the tv stand actually had holes in the top from a previous mounting. Television was very small compared to most hotels. Batteries in tv remote were dead and I had to call front desk twice to get it fixed because it took over an hour.

Staff were friendly and polite and the room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good with many choices and well stocked. Check in was fast and easy.

The attitude of the day front desk lady day of departure was condescending. I was checking out with a patient and had to load car 4 trips forgot key went to desk and she wanted my license which was in my room. Then she argued with me about the rules. I told her my patient was up in the room and she could come with me. Again attitude will not stay here ever again because of her. Train your staff better customer service!!!!

the front desk staff was great! at check out the person asked about our son’s move (that was the reason for our stay) and the check in person must have put a not in the system when we were chatting. that was a great sign of their attentiveness and customer focus!

Our main issue was that when we tried to turn on our AC in our room, the thermostat and AC unit let out a loud POP, then the thermostat went black. We had an on-site maintenance man come and see if it was just an issue with the breaker, but every time he flipped it and tried to start the AC, the same loud POP would happen. So, we went one night without AC and were extremely uncomfortable. The next morning, a different maintenance man came by and figured out that the AC unit itself had died, so they'd have to move us to a different room. We had already fully unpacked everything for us three girls so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but we knew we needed a room with AC if we were to sleep decently. We went out for the afternoon to have some lunch and by the time we came back, they had a new room ready for us, and it was right next door. That made for an easy transition. We were very thankful for their prompt response to this issue.

The breakfast selection was great! Every staff member I interacted with was eager to help and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was the perfect size for our little group. Plus there were great food options nearby, make sure to check out Hope Breakfast Bar for a delicious brunch!

Nice suite layout which included a full kitchen where we could prepare our meals, as i had just had outpatient eye surgery and didn't want to have to go to restaurants. Also, a fantastic breakfast provided with many options, including gluten- free muffins. Very friendly and welcoming breakfast hostess - she made it a real treat to be there.

Breakfast was what the COVID experience shifted in overnight stay/morning breakfast locations. No hot food and fix your own. This should improve as we get beyond this pandemic. The Fitness room was very accessible and we used it almost daily.

One Marriott employee,Kate Severson, went out of her way and should be commended. After checking in, with some room to spare in my calendar, I went for a walk in the neighborhood. Long story short, I got lost and the gps on my phone wasn't working without wifi. Several sets of verbal directions from merchants and passers by didn't solve the problem. I called the hotel front desk twice and Kate stayed on the phone and "walked" me through the directions while I made my way back to the hotel. She really did save the day!

Loved the location and the cleanliness and breakfast was phenomenal. The freshest seeming ingredients at any breakfast buffet I’ve been to in recent memory. Lots of toppings for the oatmeal which I loved and non dairy options. Loved it.

If I HAD to put something the pool seemed “small” for size of facility and with the chairs around the side it was hard to walk around safely with toddlers BUT I would say as this in only a mention as the pool itself was beautiful, clean, functional, well stocked with towels :)

The ceiling from the 3rd floor started raining into our bathroom. It lasted for about 7 minutes. It came thru the light fixture and soaked the bathroom. When we called down to the front desk the woman told us there was nothing they could do because maintenance was gone. So we had to use all our towels to soak up the water. Next morning the same woman was working and when we brought it up to her she said yeah I heard about that. Nothing more said or done. Towel rack kept falling off the bathroom wall. Paint/wall was all chipped in the bathroom, burner on stove was bent. Pillow on couch was old and stained. Office was not clearly marked and there was no where to park to check in. Parking lot had tight parking spaces and not much parking by the actual buildings. You had to park towards the back and walk around a giant snow bank.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
