We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room had very hard uncomfortable chairs and couch. This was the issue. Also the pool was closed for repairs our second day. This is the second Townplace suites that we have stayed in the last month. Both had pool /Jacuzzi closures.
Breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent and helpful.

United States of AmericaOne downside is when the sofa bed is made out, there is no room to walk around the bed and the sofa bed. The toilets are always so low to the ground. It's a challenge for older adults to get on/off.
The room had plenty of room to accommodate a wheelchair. Having a small kitchen space was very nice. This allowed us to keep our frozen ice packs frozen for future use instead of them just being cool.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was a bit disappointing. There were condiments for eggs but no eggs were served. (Salsa, cheese). There were condiments for oatmeal but no oatmeal. There were grits in the oatmeal container. I only had coffee and went out for breakfast. Maybe an off day for the breakfast staff.
Very quiet. Location was universal to the activities we had planned. Close to many restaurants and some shopping.

United States of AmericaThe travel crib was just a rickety, stained pack n play that they gave us to carry up to the room. Fortunately we had our own in the car but not what we expected there. The room had been renovated and everything looked great but the bathroom could have been done better.
The location was perfect coming in from a late flight. We also appreciated that check out was at noon so we could get a little extra rest. Breakfast was good too.

Because it had full size appliances (except for a 2 burner stove top), along with a sofa/ottoman, it was a wonderful place to stay. There was also sufficient places to walk your fur baby. The front desk ladies were very friendly. While I was there in early February and time outside was limited, they had a wonderful patio area w/2 gas grills, wooden tables and chairs, and strung up patio lights.

They also indicated that the airport shuttle only works in the afternoon/evening, which it would be proper to know before booking the room. Coffee in the foyer was a lot of times empty, and when there, it was cold. A bit overpriced overall.
The room was clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing great, just ok. A lot of mornings they did not have certain supplies like yogurts, bananas, creamer flavors.

United States of AmericaThere was a smell coming out of the drain in the floor of our bathroom. I covered it with the towel and it stopped. Also we had problems with the guests above us, kids jumping up and down and the dog barking. The front desk handled it, I believe.
The newly renovated lobby looked really cute and our room was nicely appointed and comfortable.
